The Bella Vista Lakeside Treehouse: Dock & Kayaks!

This is an exceptional property and would highly recommend it! We will definitely stay here again. We were there for a soccer tournament at nearby Sugar Creek Soccer Complex so the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were ideal for my staff to have their own private space while also providing us with an area for us to conduct tournament planning meetings. We made dinner and breakfast in the kitchen each day. Foosball and ping pong were nice distractions at the end of a long day at the pitch. And, the dock was absolutely stunning! Our biggest regret was that we didn't stay an extra night to be able to enjoy the house itself, as opposed to rushing out to the soccer fields each morning. The owners are extremely nice and very communicative. Honestly, having this house as an option for myself and my staff for such events may actually induce us to have more of a our state soccer tournaments in NWA so we can return to this property (though next time, we WILL stay that extra night!). I would highly recommend this property!

We live here in NWA and was very excited to have all our kids and grandkids join us from out of state for the holidays. We didn’t have enough room at our house for everyone to stay, so we rented this beautiful home on the lake. We were greeted with delicious cookies and a small Christmas tree with decorations and lights. There were 7 deer that were out grazing in the front yard, and the house was warm, clean and welcoming. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the area was peaceful. We will definitely be renting this place again and recommending it to family and friends.

This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house! Bill the owner was a great communicator and very responsive. And the fact that there were fresher baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us was such a sweet surprise! The setting on the lake and all the trees were lovely too as were the multiple decks! We will definitely be back!

This has to be one of the better stays we have all had. The location was very convenient, the home was beautiful, very clean, so many spaces for us and our family and kids to use. The weather was rainy the whole trip and it was very nice to have such a great home to relax in together and save the trip.

Property was exactly as described. Probably the most equipped VRBO we have rented including kitchen and even bonus firewood for use so we didn’t have that extra expense. Note to self though.. Don’t put kitchen tools away into cabinets as you are likely to forget when leaving. My wife’s favorite, salad spinner was a casualty. Would recommend this property.

Great stay for our family! Lake was perfect for swimming and kayaking, and the house was exactly what our group of ten needed. Everyone enjoyed it!

Our stay at the Lakeside Treehouse was perfect! The house was so clean and easy to live in. Lots of deer, birds and chipmunks! The ping pong table in the garage was a hit with my kids! Would defray here again.

We had a great time staying at the tree house. We especially loved the room set among the trees and spent most of our time there playing cards and hanging out. We are a foodie family and cooked during our stay. The kitchen was one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. The house over all was well maintained and stocked and we didn’t want for anything. The dock was nice and big and easy to climb on to from the water. Thanks for making your home available to us and helping us make some lovely family memories.

Great place to spend time away. The dock was perfect for relaxing, and the lake was very quiet--perfect for floating. House was large enough to comfortably fit everyone without any issues with bathroom space. The kitchen was fully loaded with all cooking necessities.

Our second summer family reunion at the Lakeside Treehouse. Property was clean and well-maintained -- exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 7 kids. Most of our time was spent on the large dock playing, swimming and paddling in the lake. We will likely book a third stay soon.

Beautiful property and we absolutely loved our first time in Arkansas. The house was very well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including condiments which was an extra bonus. The kids loved the dock, kayaks and game room. Plenty of fun memories were made at the Treehouse!

This place was perfect for our friend group to get away but still have a nice home to hang out. The dock is a great way to bring the morning in. So many things to mention that are a plus at this property. Owner/property manager is super responsive and was extremely helpful on two separate things I inquired about. Thanks for allowing us to use the property for a guys weekend!

We took a little getaway with family. We had a great time!! It is pretty difficult getting down to the water as the walkway is very steep, but once you do get to it...its gorgeous!

This was a great place. More than enough room for 3 Christian couples. The lake was awesome, the rides in the area were fantastic, 5 minutes from an excellent grocery store, the house was absolutely immaculate and very well laid out with tons of things to cook with, huge garage for all 3 bikes, great view, and last but absolutely not least... they had fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies on the counter when we arrived. We had a great time. House was well appointed and handled our large group admirably. The dock was fantastic, and where we spent most of our time watching the kids of all ages enjoy themselves. Highly recommend this propery.

We found evolve easy to work with and the same is true for the home owners. Bill was extremely responsive to our requests and did everything to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We had a number of grand children with us, ranging from the age of 6 to 21, and most of our time was spent on the deck on the waterfront and in the water.. We also enjoyed the spacious, well equipped home. We spend 5 nights there.Thank you for contributing to make this a very enjoyable family reunion/vacation.

We had 3 generations for our summer vacation in Bella Vista. The lakehouse was comfortable, clean & the location on the lake was beautiful and serene. Everyone loved paddling the kayaks and we fixed all our meals in the well appointed kitchen. The dining table easily accommodated our family of 8. The air conditioned sun room was a favorite lounging & gathering spot. And we played quite a bit of ping pong in the garage. Totally enjoyed our stay!

This was our second time to stay here. Guys MTB group. We do a yearly outing to ride the trails. We really like Bella Vista because it’s only 20 min to downtown Bentonville, and Bella Vista is beautiful! This house was great. We love it. Lake is a nice touch but what we really like is the bike garage and washing facilities and location. Because of the storms that hit Bentonville, we spent a lot of time exploring little sugar and the back 40 and blowing Springs all of these are accessible a mile or so away from this house. So it’s an excellent location.
