A beautiful property that had everything we needed. The property was spotless when we arrived and check in was seemless. Location was perfect for us as we were taking out daughter to University of St Thomas and it was also close to local amenities which was great. Bigger stores like Target and Walmart were also only a short drive away. Would highly recommend the short 10 mins walk to Rose Pattiserie and Neighbourhood cafe for breakfast, you won't be disappointed. All in all a wonderful week and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Wonderful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Everything that would be needed in the kitchen was provided, and having a bathroom on each floor was great. Location was perfect for our family, with so many places a quick walk or ride away. Michael, the host, was quick to communicate, and left very thorough instructions/information about the house and surrounding area. We loved it!

The house was clean, full of Ikea type furnishings. Because it was obviously set up to be a rental and not for a family's own use, it had a bit of a sterile feel (lots of fake plants) despite the attractive decor. Location worked perfectly for us as we were there for the Mac graduation.

The house is well located. The appearance of the entry is a bit shocking, with peeling paint on the front door & an empty, musty mud room. Once inside the front door, however, the house is bright & clean and the living areas are spacious. There was a snack of cookies waiting but unfortunately the package was two years past its use-by date. The situation of the downstairs bathroom is very odd, with a glass door visible both to the adjacent room & through uncovered windows to the neighbor's home! The communication about restricted access, limits on use of environmental systems -- including a threat of fines -- borders on disrespect. We mostly enjoyed our brief stay but would likely not book here again.

My family and I stayed here to attend a family reunion over the long weekend and were totally satisfied. The home is spacious and clean. The front porch was a great spot to chill and have coffee in the mornings. The host was communicative, including following-up with us during an unexpected power outage during our stay. And the location is unbeatable - very central. We were going to a range of places in both Minneapolis and St Paul over the weekend and nothing was ever more than 20-25 minutes away, which is remarkable. Plus the neighborhood is nice too - quiet street of bungalow-type homes but walking distance to stores and cafes a few blocks away. This is a really good find.

This is an immaculate, beautiful, historic home, and the area was perfect for us to visit our college student at St Thomas, walk to restaurants, and go for runs on Summit Ave. I had some issues with the VRBO site when booking, and the host, Michael, could not have been nicer or more patient as we worked out a solution together. A lovely experience!

I’d stay here again. Clean, uncluttered, nice bed linens, 5 blocks from Whole Foods, Luminary coffee shop with organic coffee and great cinnamon rolls. If only Minnesota had some sun!! All gloomy days when we were there.

Great location and had everything we needed. Communication was timely. We felt like we lived there and really enjoyed our time on the porch watching the leaves fall. Great table to play cards and relax in the evening. Filtered water in the fridge was nice too. You can even walk to good restaurants. So happy we stayed here!
