The beach is your playground at this bright 3BD/2BA HOME with its own HOT TUB

When arrived late at night and were able to get in easily with the provided code. The place was very clean and well kept. They even had books and board games stocked in the living room which we really appreciate on the 2nd day when it stormed almost all afternoon. The beach was about a 5 to 8 min walk away for us. If it was all adults it took about 5 mins but with the 4, 8, and 10 year old it took about 8 mins to walk it. Walking to the beach felt very safe for a family and was a straight shot down the road to Public Access 83. I will say the walk started feeling longer every day with a 4 year old in tow but it was still very doable. The only issue for us was the ADT alarm wasn't working. For us that wasn't a big deal. I let the manager know and he offered to have maintenance comeout but we opted to wait and let them fix it between guest. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay herr again!

Overall house was very nice and mostly clean, however the hot tub seemed like it was a bit dirty with sand in it (saw this on day one).

The house was spacious and beautiful! We loved the hot tub, backyard, and sunroom! The property manager was very nice. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

My family traveled to PCB from Virginia to meet up with our son who lives in Alabama. We enjoyed the beautiful beach for the first half of the week and the Gulf Coast Jam for the second half. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. Easy beach access, close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The venue for the concerts was easy to get to from our location and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub at night on the screened in porch.

We enjoyed our stay even though the weather did not cooperate for a good week to fish. House was very comfortable with plenty of space and comfortable beds. House was well appointed and fit the bill perfectly in its location.
