Stayed Mar 15, 2025the owners have done an amazing job with this home. It's got everything you need for a holiday and is walking distance to North Avoca beach. This is a blessing when you have kids! The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning is so good after a hot day in summer.Hope to come back again soon!

Stayed Dec 11, 2024Really appreciated the host of this property, allowing late check out as we had a funeral to attend. Easy to check in, great location in a beautiful and quiet area and parking was easy. The property is clean and tidy, well presented and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a big family. We liked that there were two toilets and a big comfy lounge. The only negative was the water pressure. The shower was very weak, it made it hard to wash hair. The outdoor shower should not be advertised as the water pressure is so weak from the outdoor shower, it wasn't usable. We come from an area with no water restrictions, perhaps you need to use water pressure limiters due to water restrictions and this is the reason for limited water pressure. Whilst it is annoying, it would not stop us from booking here again. We had a lovely time despite our reason for traveling.
