The kitchen boasts an oversized granite island, perfect for gathering the family. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 master suites with King beds, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room equipped with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 4 bathrooms and the house is fully equipped and nicely appointed with 9 ft ceilings, hardwood flooring, and custom kitchen. A 6 seat golf cart and 4 bikes are onsite for use as well. There are several quaint patio areas and covered parking. 1 minute ride in the golf cart to the beach. This beautiful home is NON SMOKING property and in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach.
