The Beach and Almost Every Pleasure Within Easy Reach

Great place to spread out. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. Owner was great to work with. Pool was refreshing. Short walk to the beach.

Home is as described, older but well maintained and in fantastic location being just a few blocks from public beach access. Had a couple issues while we were there but Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

The house is set up perfect with three bedrooms and three bathrooms for each bedroom. We really enjoyed our time hanging out by the pool and on the screened in porch. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Can’t say enough good things about the property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steve’s place! It was a short walk to the beach, in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, and we really enjoyed the private pool in the backyard. Steve was really communicative and we appreciated how easy it was to check in and check out. Would love to stay again.

First, the location is absolutely perfect. This stretch of 30A is less crowded than others we've stayed in previously. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, the walk to the beach was easy (even with three children). The private pool was clean and a nice size. The host was easy to reach when I had questions, and always very prompt in replying. We loved the front porch and the spacious living area. The kitchen was pretty well stocked as far as dishes/cooking utensils go. We did have to purchase bowls for cereal/ice cream because I couldn't find that size bowl in the cabinets. The property felt like it could use a little TLC - small things like leaky faucets, squeaky beds, a makeshift lock on a door. We weren't able to use most of the bedroom dresser drawers because the owners had personal items stored there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

My husband, son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, spacious, & clean home in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and was graciously accommodating with our check in plans! We loved having a private pool and a quick walk to the beach. Our stay at this beach house was great. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The beds were comfortable and it was so great to have 3 bathrooms. The host had great communication. He checked in to make sure everything was good with the home during our stay. Short walk to the beach. There was public entry across the street from the entrance to neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of six adults, so three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a must for us. The living spaces are large and comfortable. We were able to set up puzzles/games on one end of the large dining table and still eat at the other end. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Love that the icemaker works! The beds were comfortable with ample closet space in each bedroom. It was too warm to enjoy the screen porch but I would have had it not been July! The pool is the perfect size for vacationing. We enjoyed the floats and noodles that were there for us to use. I often walked to the beach which is truly a short jaunt. Steve is beyond amazing with communication. Our group hopes to book this home again!

This was our third time staying in this home. There is plenty of room for hanging out. This home is on a quiet street and the beach is only a short walk away. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home is perfect for our family.

My family and I came down for 2 weeks to Steve's property. Check in went great. The home was nice an clean. Good neighbors. Close distance to the beach just a few minute walk. The pool service was good stayed clean during our stay. Everything we could have needed was already there, kitchen appliances ext.. We enjoyed our stay an highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the area. The house was amazing the pool was plenty big enough for our family. The neighborhood is great for biking or walking.Communication with the owner was excellent..
