The Avenue - Point Roadknight

Our beautifully appointed home is moments from the outstanding beaches of Anglesea and only 200m from the iconic Point Roadknight. It`s simply a lovely home, set up well for two families with lots of space for all. A newly renovated kitchen makes cooking a dream and the leafy outlook onto a private deck and garden is very peaceful. The garage has been turned into a games room with a pool table, table tennis and darts so there is no excuse to be bored!


The interior is stylishly setand has two living areas with smart TVs, the master bedroom and bathroom is upstairs and has glimpses of the coastline. The remainder three bedrooms are downstairs. The main living area has a wood fired coonara (BYO wood please) that keeps the house cosy on those winter nights.

The deck is undercover and has a great sized outdoor table that can easily sit 10. Once you`re home from the beach wash those sandy feet off under the outdoor shower.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
We do not accept young groups, schoolies, events or parties.
