Beautiful location and property, got our larger group and needs well!

Unbelievable spot for a large group. The accommodations were perfect for our group. There is so much room for everyone to do their own thing or to gather and do activities together. The whole group said all weekend how nice everything was.

The layout was perfect for our group and the playroom downstairs was perfect for the kids! The communication was great and the check in / checkout was simple and easy. Would definitely recommend for a family reunion or vacation with friends!

Very nice property. big seating area was nice for a large group. 2 fridges were nice too. Open game room was nice for kids. Some things show some age, had a few sink issues, some of the flooring is coming up and the tables have some wear but overall that would just be nit picking. Everything else was very nice.

A group of 32 of us stayed at this huge place and it was fantastic! Very clean and usable for people of all ages (kids, teens, adults). Close to town and 30ish minutes to the mountain. 5*’s

Our stay was amazing! Nicole was great at communication and the property itself is amazing and close to many shops and dining! Will definitely stay here again!

This property was absolutely amazing. It was advertised correctly. The pictures were incredible. Everything was accurate. Our family and friends had the most amazing time for our entire stay. We were up there for our daughter’s wedding and we chose this property and invited all of our friends and family to stay with us. It was incredible having everyone under one roof, the amenities the property provided kept everyone busy during a brief thunderstorm. It just had everything you could possibly want in an incredible setting the staff or the hosts were responsive instantly if we had a question everything worked out incredible.

What an amazing property for large groups. We booked both houses for my daughters wedding weekend. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out and eat and enjoy. Host was very easy to get a hold of for any questions or issues and was very kind letting us have a late check out the day after the wedding. We left some things and she handled them for us as well. Plenty of parking which we were worried about. Close to town great location. We had yoga in the beautiful courtyard each day and was simply magical. Took over one of the game room floors for hair and makeup day. Having two houses made it easy to have the groom and bride separated with their wedding party but still close enough to have the gang all together. This would be great for family reunions, yoga retreats, business retreats etc. So long as you kept the doors closed after 10 noise was not an issue. Just need to tell your guests to use a side door which helped keep that under control. Lots of refrigerators and a big deep freeze for ice was really handy. Will be back for sure!

We had a large family reunion with 25 people. The sleeping laying was great. The kids play room and bunk room was nice. The huge kitchen tables were great for eating meals together. The large kitchen island made food preparation/serving easier for our large groups. We would stay here again!

The house was everything we needed for a family of 21. Loved the kitchen! It was big enough to cook our meals with plenty of dining area! It was perfect for kids in our family with the games rooms, even the adults got their game night on! Nicole, property manager couldn’t have been more efficient, she was very easy to communicate with, responded to messages promptly and took care of a couple issues quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Had 28 people, we all fit comfortably. There was room for more. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again

The property is well appointed with activities for all ages of kids from video games to rock climbing wall and everything in between. Cornhole games, firepits and patio make for very comfortable accomodations. With en suite bathrooms for the bedrooms it is very comfortable for adults as well.

This house is amazing! All the rooms are the same size and comfortable. The kitchen area and eating area are spacious and updated. There's tons of seating. The outdoor space is lovely. The game rooms are so much fun! The bunk room was fantastic. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond. We loved our stay!

We can into town for our daughter’s graduation!! We had lots of family and friends joining us and this house could not have been more perfect!! With the three stories no one ever felt like we were crowding each other!! The Jack and Jill bathroom set up made it easy for everyone to get ready and the open floor plan on the main level perfect for gatherings!! It was relaxing if you wanted it to be and fun if you were looking for an activity!! Icing on the cake was the beds were all confortable too!! We definitely recommend this house and would love to come back and stay again!
