The Space:
The residence was meticulously designed with furnishings and artwork curated by Park City’s Alder & Tweed. Comfort, elegance, style and the best location in Park city are just a few of the perks that will make your visit an unparalleled mountain getaway experience. This residence combines contemporary style with modern technology while paying particular respect to the mountain’s truly unparalleled natural beauty.

The property is brilliantly and thoughtfully space planned throughout its three levels. Guests arriving via car service will be greeted at the property's clubhouse by the Apex concierge. Groups arriving in their own car will enjoy complimentary reserved parking in the covered garage with direct access to the residence’s main level entrance. The covered, temperature controlled entrance allows guests to conveniently unload luggage, gear and groceries directly from their car into the residence. No long hallways, steps, lobby’s or elevators keeping you from settling into your vacation.

Upon entering the residence, guests are immersed into a bright light filled double height great room, surrounded by soaring floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. With the touch a finger, motorized shades welcome natural light allowing the outdoors to soak the interior with the essence of the mountains beauty. The main level is the heart of the residence's life. The open gourmet kitchen concept flows into the dining area and great room , creating a high volume central place of gathering for family and friends to enjoy apres ski cocktails and treats. The large terrace opens up to absorb guests from the dining and great rooms, completely furnished with an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, plus plenty of additional space to lounge and gather outdoors. The main level also features a powder room and full guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Ascending an open staircase takes you to the upper level, where guests will find the luxurious master suite as well as another full guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. With access to Apex's Plaza level, the upper level of this residence provides the property's most magnificent views of Park City. The master suite is seamlessly controlled by touchscreen allowing guests to control shades and sounds to customize their ideal atmosphere. Wake up to warmth of the sunlight or relax on the private terrace with a warm drink overlooking the stunning Uinta Mountain Range. The master suite continues to a large walk-in closet and dual vanity bathroom featuring a beautiful marble wrapped rain shower and freestanding soaking tub.

Descending to the lower level, guests will marvel at the sight of a true ski-thru experience. Equipped with its own ski room, the lower level of the residence opens up directly to a ski run located between the Red Pine Gondola and Sunrise Lift. From the warmth of the excitement of the ski beach, guests can ski directly to the base of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain in less than 5 minutes. Once at the base of Canyons Village, guests can access the entire Park City Mountain Resort, including crossing the mountain via the Quicksilver Gondola. With this new exciting addition, for the first time guests can now get from the living room to Historic Main Street without taking off their skis.

The lower level features another full guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second living room with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors opening to another outdoor terrace outfitted with a luxurious hot tub. Warm up on a cold night or soothe your muscles after an active day on the slopes, the hot tub features great views of Apex's ski run, combining for a wonderful experience of great people watching and relaxation.

Getting Around:
You have several options for getting around during your stay. There are plenty of Uber and Lyfts in Park City, and Main Street is usually a 10 minute drive, or $9-10 Uber ride. The Apex also offers free shuttle service within the Canyons Village through the Canyons Village Connect app, as well as scheduled service to / from Main Street (currently winter only for both shuttles).

    Fantastic new property in Canyons. The host team was very responsive, and the condo met all the needs of a family friends trip for people aged 2-72. Terrific bedding, nice well-stocked kitchen (we never went out for dinner), everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Only negative was the ski-in experience, which was made difficult by limited snow on the access. Otherwise - very good.

    This is a really nice high end, spacious condo with quality finishes and the easiest ski in ski access possible. There is a room on the lower level where you can store all equipment and you literally open the door and ski away. So easy!!! It’s just as easy to get back. You can ski right to the back door. The hot tub was also excellent and the beds were very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to have more kitchen equipment- pans, glasses, etc. I think there were only 3 wine glasses. And it would be much more comfortable if there was a big L shaped couch in the great room off the kitchen. There is one downstairs but everyone wanted to be near the kitchen. The existing couch really only seats 2 comfortably unless someone sits on the crack or you cram 4 people on it. So everyone else had to sit in chairs which weren’t as comfortable. The cleaning service did a great job but there was some understandable wear and stains on the rugs and 2 person couch. Nothing is perfect and overall this was an outstanding place to stay and we would definitely return!

    We had a spectacular time! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Excellent ski in/out. Even sled down the mountain for drinks. Home was cozy. Fully stocked for all our needs. Hot tub was definitely enjoyable after a long day of skiing. Fire place to warm up. We loved that each room closet had a humidifier for night time sleeping as we are not use to the drier air. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. We would definitely come back. We used the free canyon village connect back and forth if we weren’t up for the walk up from the village. Fun swimming pool and hot tub at the clubhouse with game room for kids. Thank you!

    This was a fantastic property and location for a Ski in /Ski out. Kitchen was well stocked, and functional, dining area was great and ample hot water for 8 adults. The biggest downside to this unit is the comfort and quality of the furniture / bedding. We were a party of 8 and needed 6 beds as we were only 2 couples. The description states it can sleep 12 and even after a conversation with the owner we were told it would accommodate 2 couples and 4 adult boys. However, this was not the case and the one lower pull convertible couch / bed was so old and useless that NO ONE, not even our college student would sleep on it, which left one person sleeping on the downstairs couch! Sleeping 12 would mean putting 2 people in each bunk bed, which is unrealistic. This was an unexpected and disappointing event; however, the rest of the furniture was equally unimpressive and uncomfortable to sit on. The furniture was not up to the quality of the building, location or other amenities and for the price per night should certainly be of a higher quantity and comfort. None of the 8 people could sit on a couch / chair or beanbag chair and be comfortable. The furniture looked old, tired and stained, yet the building is only 2/3 years old. If you are 3 couples this would be a great unit, but for a group with single adults there are other units better suited. We would definitely go back to Apex but to a unit that was better suited to our group.
