The Andanté - hot tub & spectacular backyard oasis

The house is gorgeous, the hot tub very clean. The views around the place are wonderful and location is great. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The host was always responsive and helpful.

Property was beautiful and the house accommodated our needs. Lots of room.

Our Sedona stay was wonderful. We only had one issue. The one guest bedroom mattress needs replaced. There was no support on the outer edges. Our guest slid off a few times. Other than that the house and location were perfect.

Clean, beautiful view, great locations, loved the hot tub, Kitchen well equipped. Perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Andante home in Sedona. The home and grounds were spacious and immaculate. Our host was extremely responsive in communicating with us, and everything was as indicated in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and the backdrop of the surrounding red rock formations is beautiful! A most enjoyable family stay!

Beautiful home within a lovely, convenient, and quiet residential neighborhood. The home was well kept, clean with comfortable bedding. Only gave a 4 out of 5 because listing shows 3 bedroom/3 bathroom but 2 bedrooms share one full bath and 3rd bath is 1/2 bath. Sedona is a must see and this VRBO home is the perfect place to stay.

Property was clean and extremely well appointed. Plenty of room for 3 adult couples. Location perfect for hiking, shopping, restaurants and day trip to Grand Canyon. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Best feature: The location was excellent & had red rock views! Easy access to activities & dining. Nice neighborhood for walking & close to Sugarloaf Trailhead. The description was slightly misleading…I understood it to be 3 br, 3 ba…it was one full bath, one 3/4 bath & one half bath…the king bedroom had an en suite…the 2 queen bedrooms shared the 3/4 bath…& the half bath was in the hall. So you need to make sure whoever stays in the queen bedrooms is comfortable sharing a joint connected bathroom. There were several small housekeeping details that were noted…these did not diminish our stay…but the quantity of them made us question the property management attention to detail: numerous outlets that didn’t work, especially in the kitchen; shower slider off the track with screw that fell out; non working light bulbs; shower wand that didn’t work; etc.The home was well stocked & the checkout procedures were reasonable. Another plus: Loved the backyard! Quiet neighborhood…plenty of comfortable seating…perfect spot for morning coffee.

The location of this property was wonderful with fantastic views of the rocks. If you’re looking for a place to take a walk through a quiet neighborhood and enjoy the scenery this is it. We did have a little bit of trouble with one TV in the house but other than that, everything was perfect. The property was clean and the outdoor area was spectacular.

Great place to stay in Sedona. Very clean, conveniently located, comfortable.

We were only there for a very short time, we had plans to go hot air ballooning. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We didn’t have time to enjoy the house much and we had to rush to leave due to the 10 am check out time. It was in the perfect location if you are using Red Rock Balloon company as it is only a 3 minute drive to their office.

This was a great property to stay at! Awesome location close to town and all the stores, but close to the mountain as well with great Mountain views. The house itself was very clean. Love the layout of the rooms and bathrooms. Garage is cleaned and open which allowed for our two cars to park inside. The house is fully stocked with all the essentials in the bathrooms and kitchen. The back yard is nice and set up with awesome seating in two locations. Hot tub was fantastic and looks to be newly installed. It was a very comfortable stay and perfect for the 4 of us. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. Every time I messaged him I got a response within minutes. The whole experience was great from start to finish! Definitely saved this location to my favorites as I foresee us returning in the future. Highly recommend!

The host is a great communicator! The house location was perfect! The backyard is very nice and private. We enjoyed our stay!
