Stayed Feb 15, 2026Everything was fabulous at the “Amanda House”. We hosted my mother’s 90th birthday celebration here, and the home was warm, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The blend of historic charm with thoughtful updates made it the perfect setting for a very special milestone. Our family and guests felt right at home, and the space was ideal for celebrating and making memories. I would highly recommend Amanda House for any occasion!

Stayed Dec 27, 2025Wonderful sized house for our family of seven to celebrate the holidays together. Kitchen has everything you need. The backyard is fantastic. We played corn hole, had a fire in the pit and used the hot tub. Great stay here!

Stayed Oct 30, 2025The hosts, Jen and Eric, were wonderful. Jen met us at the property upon arrival, and Eric joined us later. Jen gave us a tour of the property and answered any questions we had. While we were touring the property, Jen noticed the water in the hot tub was low, so she filled it immediately. Eric quickly gathered firewood for the outdoor fire pit and repaired a minor toilet.The hosts provided clear instructions for check-in and checkout procedures. The house was stocked with many essential items, such as paper products, soaps, shampoo/condtioner, and linens. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the board games. and pool table. The neighborhood was mostly quiet with some passing through traffic, with sidewalks which were great for walks to the nearby park. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. CVS was the closest store and it was within walking distance. We had to drive to other stores and to restaurants, which were 10-15 minutes or more away, depending on traffic. If you have the opportunity to stay in the Tampa area, this property is definitely worth it! It met all of our family needs and more.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025We renter Eric and Jen's place for a combined 30th and 50th bday party it was absolutely perfect. It's a beautiful home, exactly as pictured and the perfect venue for a gathering. Communication was excellent- all our guests raved about the house. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Place was great-our regret is that we were so busy with a family wedding we really didn't get to enjoy all it has to offer.Jen was awesome-very responsive and informative. we didn't have any issues, but if we did I'm sure she would have addressed them. She is even going to mail a pair of earrings that were left.Great space-more to offer than the pictures show.Awesome host.
