Great house centrally located nice spacious house great plenty of room for a big group

One of the sinks in the upstairs bathrooms wasn’t working pretty much making the bathroom unusable for most purposes. Also the internet wasn’t working, there was supposedly an outage the whole time we were there. The tv’s all depend on internet as there isn’t cable. It was fine as we only stayed one night, but any longer than that and those two things would have made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

The house was clean but many pictures advertised on the website did not match the house. I messaged the host and never got a response about one of the beds leaning due to the frame not being connected, and one of the TV’s not working. One of the pictures on the website shows a trundle bed but the room had a bunk bed. The furniture didn’t match the online pictures in the living room and several bedrooms. I appreciated the house being clean but I feel like some of it was false advertisement from online to the actual property.

We had a great weekend and the house was perfect for our family group of 9, ages 2 to 88. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We walked to the nearby park to let the little ones play which they loved.

I was in aww of how beautiful and clean the space was. It was everything we need it for a quick trip to town.

This VRBO was awesome! We stayed here for only one night, but truly loved every second of it! The hosts had everything very clean and ready for us when we arrived. There is a full kitchen of utensils, pans, etc. and that was very useful! There are so many rooms and places to sleep. The bathrooms are spacious and were very clean when we arrived. I would definitely (and probably will) stay here again!

This place is big enough is accommodate a medium size group consisting of around 10 adults. The property has been updated and kept clean. The owner has been very responsive and provided all the necessary information to make the checkin process seamless. We had a great tome here and will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great stay near the university

The property was very well maintained & comfortable for our situational needs. We came to compete in Texas 4-H Roundup 2024 hosted at Reed Arena, so it was perfect location. Much better atmosphere than staying in a hotel & we had the literal comforts of home. Had 2 couples & 2 mom's that had their own room. One little brother camped out in the game room & the 4 teenage girls had a room to themselves as well. Cooked 3 meals & had everything we needed. HEB also delivered our grocery order with no issues. There was enough parking for our 4 vehicles with room for at least 2 more in the driveway. Host was easy to get ahold of if needed, which was not while we were on the property, and walked into exactly what was described. We will definitely look up the Aggie Whoop House for any future Bryan stays! 10 out of 10!
