Stayed Oct 7, 2024Really appreciate the relaxing vibe of Staci’s home really walkable to downtown. Has all the things a traveler needs to make it comfortable stay. Bike rack in laundry room is a nice touch

Stayed Dec 4, 2023Just perfect! The house was perfectly comfortable and the location was great. We were a short walk to everything and a quick ride to the bike trails. The private back yard and bike storage was just icing on the cake! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Mar 22, 2026Overall we enjoyed our visit. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Proximity to town was incredible-we walked downtown several times! 1 ice cream @ Spark rules! The bike room was great for storage, the 3 king beds were great, the hot tub (small) was a nice touch, but this house is just ok TBH. One bathroom was difficult for 4 people, the yard is an embarrassment on the street. I never want to leave a bad review but we wouldn’t be running back to stay here again. We’ve stayed at several houses in Bentonville and while location is the big driver for this one, I preferred the houses our friends stayed at, and the houses we stayed at in the past, to this one. If the price and location and hot tub are your needs then this house is great.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026A cozy little home away from home. Loved the coffee nook in the kitchen. It was so nice to wake up and enjoy a peaceful morning reading while sipping on coffee. Staci was great at responding when I had to reach out to her.Overall a lovely stay while enjoying the coffee shops, restaurants, trails and museum in the area.

Stayed May 16, 2025My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and the hot tub was an amazing touch. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and good spices. We hope to book here aging next year for the event we came for this year. The location is prime to downtown and for riding out of to trails and bike paths.

Stayed Oct 27, 2024Everything about this Vrbo was awesome! Close enough to downtown but yet far enough away to enjoy your stay. We were able to ride our bikes everywhere and getting food was a walk away. Plus, we were able to include our pugs which is huge for us! The hot tub worked nicely after a long day and we loved the location. Our host provided us with everything we needed and didn’t have any issues! We will definitely stay here again. 5 ⭐️

Stayed Jul 31, 2024Very clean and spacious. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions. We didn't have any issues while staying here, but Staci was very communicative if issues were to arise. We would stay here again!
