We invite you to visit our dream house. On 123 m² of living space spread over a living / dining room with a cozy fireplace and comfortable island kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with walk-in rain shower and guest toilet.
The 1300 m² large property is located on the edge of a former manor, in the area now are a few exclusive cottages on very generous land. We are in the middle of the bird sanctuary and offer an unobstructed view of the Wiek. From the cozy terrace with beachchair you can watch cranes in spring and autumn and in summer countless bird species, u. a. a sea eagle couple!
Trips to the nearby marina Puddemin, to beautiful natural beaches or various cafes can be done on the well-developed cycle path network great by bike.
