We loved everything about our stay. The host is wonderful and the home is well stocked, more so than normal. It's location is also perfect for a visit to the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills (both only about a 6-minute drive away). So close to everything, yet the home sits in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Kim is an excellent host! We had a wonderful stay. Very clean. Had everything you could need. Fully stocked towels, comfortable beds, had water stocked for us, plenty of coffee and creamer. Very close to Opry Mills. Quiet neighborhood. TVs are large and very nice backyard to hang out on. Can’t wait to go back!

The house has all you need! Neighborhood is super safe and nice and low key. Great place for walking too! Large TVs were awesome to take in the New Year’s football games. Great backyard to hand out too. Kim was super responsive which makes you feel comfortable to know they are taking care of the place and you. Lots of good food just down the road and a Kroger grocery store. We will be using this place again. The big bonus were the beds were comfortable!

This is the best house and property we’ve ever seen on VRBO! It was approx. 5 min from a park with playgrounds, golfing, and skateboarding. It even had a waterpark but was not operating due to it being fall. We weren’t far from an airport and my 18 month old enjoyed seeing the planes fly overhead but we could not hear the noise from them in the house! The home was cozy with comfortable bedding and big screen televisions in every room! There were a ton of free channels and plenty to watch. We could have just stayed in the house all day but Nashville has so much to do! We took the kids to the Zoo and stayed 4 hours and only saw half of it! We went downtown and ate and took photos. We went to a children’s science museum and the kids had fun digging fossils and watching bees make honey. You could stay for a month and still not see everything Nashville has to offer. We brought way too much to the house because homes we’ve stayed in before didn’t have so much as paper towels. This place was fully stocked with everything! There was every condiment in the fridge, bottled water, and my kids even enjoyed some popsicles! There were board games, cards, and a ton of books. There were even children’s books! The house was easy to find and parking was great! The kids had fun playing in the back yard and we felt so safe in the neighborhood. The home was clean and decorated really neat! We will definitely stay again if we get a chance to come to Nashville! Thank you Kim for everything!

Loved the house! The neighborhood was peaceful, the mid-century furniture was very fun, and the back yard was perfect. The mockingbirds were great too. The beds were very comfortable! I'm a light sleeper but I did great in this house, in the bedroom closest to the road, even. Kim was super communicative and hospitable; if we ever make it back to Nashville we plan to stay here again!

We had a great stay at The 60s Place. The host was very accommodating and informative on things to know. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were good size. The house is in a great location with the opry about 5 minutes away and broadway about 15 minutes. The neighborhood was quite. Bonus was the fridge was stocked with bottled water and there was a coffee bar stocked with everything you could need. If we are ever back in Nashville, we will stay here again.
