House was great A/C freezing which was awesome considering last year there were issues, so thank you for that. Our kids & g-kids look forward to Frio every year so the nice house just tops it off! Our older kids travel for work, but where ever they are they come home for our Fam-cation, my sister and her family are 3 houses down so TKOW is perfect for us. Thank you. Would like to see a few rugs around pool and in house. The floors are slippery even when you try to dry off outside. Thanks again

I feel that should be included. Also, the air filter is extremely dirty and needs to be replaced. Overall, the house was tidy and within walking distance of the water.

We love having a pool at our rental because we just want to stay in the water during our vacay. LOCATION gets a 5! CLEANLINESS gets a 4, the bedding comforters didn’t smell fresh and there was some grease or something that was inside the utensil drawer and the kitchen island needed a good scrub but other than those things, it was a clean place. KNIVES were so dull! Bring your own. The mattresses were the worst part about our stay. The master queen is completely worn out. We had to switch mattresses with the other queen in the 2nd room and my husband just ended up leaving early because of it. It was really bad for his back. We always love the Frio but at those prices, y’all can fix these things.

One major problem, this house was filthy, the dishes were filthy, refrigerator filthy and oven filthy and still had oven cleaner in it. I had paid for linens and towels and when we arrived there was nothing, no linens no towels. Ceiling fan upstairs did not work also missing two light bulbs. I would recommend this house but better make sure it’s clean. The cleaning service needs to be replaced.
