Stayed Jun 29, 2025Patrick was great host. He came and replaced the toilet seat, and a few other things right away. The house itself is an older home in an established neighborhood that was very quiet. It has a very nice patio and a small grass area which is nice for dogs. The house still needs work and TLC. It has a vibe of staying in a Batchelor pad or college house. There are cosmetic things that still need to be fixed in the house. The decor needs to have a feminine touch. And there was a smell in the house that needs to be addressed. I know it’s new listing on the VRBO and Patrick has not had a lot of time to work on it so we are very excited to see what he able to do with the place.
