The place was dirty, rundown and filled with mold. Unhealthy for anyone with allergies or respiratory issues. We booked a 5 week stay and left after 3 days. It was very clear that the owners are just in this for the money. They fought us on a refund but once we got our credit card company involved and submitted pictures they gave a full refund.

We stayed here while work was completed on our house. The house was well equipped, comfortable for our family of 4 and small dog, and convenient to all our local spots and school. The house is vintage but all was in working order. We enjoyed walking down to 65th for coffee and restaurants. Definitely a great location and comfortable house. The owner was available for easy communication.

We booked this location for a couple of our employees that had a long job to do in Seattle. They were thoroughly satisfied with their stay - Better than a hotel! Thank you!

We appreciated having a well situated and comfortable place with a fenced yard for our dogs. Very well stocked with supplies including the kitchen. Very walkable and quiet neighborhood. On a moderately busy street , but traffic noise not too bad

It is a great location with regards to walking to zoo, bus stops and such. For the price, I expected a much better kept place. The lawn was at least knee high, the grill was pretty dirty, the TV stopped working and there were no instructions regarding the remotes, which if you are presumably from out of town wouldn't know what is what. It worked and the inside was clean, I expected a nicer place for the amount.

This wonderful home was perfect for our family of four, including a 7-yr-old and 2 college-aged kids. It was exactly as described in words and pictures. The location is perfect! Close to everything! Driving into Seattle was a piece of cake! The local area was happening, fun, plenty to do and see. Golden Gardens is not to be missed! Taqueria Tequila was great too! We loved everything about the house: cozy, nicely decorated without being pretentious, clean, comfortable for everyone, all the amenities we wanted. We would definitely recommend this home to a friend! Tim was very accessible and his suggestions were always right on! After trying a couple of his ideas, our mantra became, If Tim suggested it, we're doing it! We hope we'll be able to return! Thank you, Tim and Pam!

Our family of five (three teenaged boys) found this house perfect for our week-long stay in Seattle. Between the two bedrooms upstairs, the foldout leather futon in the den and the couch in the living room, each son had his own place to sleep. It's a great area to stay, a very happening location. So many things to do very close by, from great restaurants (pizza, sushi, you name it -- you can walk to Bluebird Ice-cream, one of the best ice cream places in Seattle) to Univ. of Washington, the waterfront in Ballard (fish ladder, great night-time beach scene at Golden Gardens -- great tip, Tim! to beautiful views of the city just over the bridge in Queen Anne (Kerry Park -- we went there at night and during the day). It took us 15 minutes or less to get just about anywhere in the city, even West Seattle (kayaking) was a quick drive). And it's a great jumping off point for hiking in the cascades. Tim was very helpful with suggestions and insights (our boys wanted to go shopping for shoes, etc., and Tim had some great nearby ideas). We had a wonderful week and were very happy we picked your place to stay, Tim and Pam. Thanks for the hospitality!

Me and a group of friends went to Seattle to watch some baseball games on the weekend. We chose this place to stay instead of booking a hotel room and it was the best decision we ever made. Amazing location and exceptionally clean residence. Would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in Seattle with a group.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 (2 young children). Bedrooms are on the second floor with a fairly steep set of stairs, but there is a safety/baby gate if you need it. If you're up for a hike up the hill (pushing a stroller it was a good workout!), it's walking distance to the zoo, and there are plenty of cute restaurants, shops & playgrounds in the area. A great option for visiting Seattle without the headache of the downtown area, but still an easy drive to Pike's place Market etc. It's in a residential area so you get a taste of living in Seattle without feeling like too much of a tourist. The owners were very helpful, and texted when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed.
