When you're at home, enjoy our spacious layout, luxury amenities, modern accents, local art and MASSIVE windows - all the perfect backdrop to your time in NWA. Time to get that Bentonville Bucket List ready!



Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by our massive, open concept living space. To the left, you'll see our main lounge area, which is complete with two couches, two lounge chairs and our 65-inch Sony Smart TV with Apple TV and a Sonos sound system. You'll also see our bike-inspired console, which is an ode to the extensive bike trails in NWA! 



Between the lounge area and the kitchen, you'll see our 8-top dining table as well as 3 barstools lined up against our stunning granite island. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the luxury amenities you'll need to create your favorite meal or baked goods! 



Upstairs, you'll find our second lounge area, which features a long couch, lounge chair and 38-inch Samsung Smart TV.



At the end of the day, settle into one of our 3 luxury bedrooms:

(1) Our Master bedroom, which is complete with a King bed, closet, 38-inch Sony Smart TV and en suite bath with shower.

(2) Our Queen bedroom, which is complete with a closet, desk, desk chair and nearby bath.

(3) Our third bedroom, which is complete with a Queen bed, closet, vanity, vanity chair and nearby bath. We also have a Full air mattress that can be found in the third-floor closet.



Head outside to enjoy our front patio, lounge on our third-floor balcony or take a walk around the loft's common area! There, you'll find gorgeous landscaping, inspired architecture and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. You can also grab one of our bikes and hop on the trail, which is located RIGHT outside our door.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.

    Nestle right in the middle of the Art/Market District, this beautiful condo is hard to describe in words. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room let in plenty of light. The glass walls on the master bedroom are so chic. The washer and dryer were appreciated. The spacious kitchen made it easy to prepare our morning breakfast. Close by there are many popular restaurants, bike trails, and music venues.

    Visited Bentonville to see a concert at the Momentary. Perfect location near restaurants, coffee shops, the square and just steps away from the Momentary. Great location and communication with the property manager was excellent.

    Property as described. All the modern feels and amenities. Great for cyclists and walkers. Fully-equipped kitchen--even an electric grill and spices. Very rare.All bedrooms are upstairs; this is a loft townhouse. So anyone with mobility issues should be aware.Walk to restaurants, night life, downtown and The Momentary. Feels very safe. Highly recommended.

    This property is a great location in Bentonville. Several places are walkable. If you looking to bike, it is right on a bike trail. We didn't use any of the appliances, but the kitchen was beautiful. Lot if stairs. I don't mind stairs but if you don't like stairs, then you take that into consideration. If you go, make sure you visit Crystal Bridges, it is a don't miss experience in Bentonville.

    This is a very new and modern three-story townhouse located right by a great coffee house, an excellent sea food restaurant and 100 years from The Momentary museum and event center. The property management is also top notch and always available via text, even over a weekend. Great place!

    The house and location were great. It’s within walking distance of multiple restaurants and we could take our bikes right out the back door onto the downtown trail. There was a problem with the A/C on the 3rd level and the management company was very responsive, had multiple people out to work on it and stayed in communication with us. We would definitely rent from them again.
