Stayed Sep 25, 2025The balcony is amazing! Great view of the water, beach and town. Restaurants and shops are close by. It was kind of tricky to find as it is located in the centro without car access, but parking was available on the street below. The dining area is sunken and I think it could be dangerous for small children who don't pay attention to where they're going. As someone who enjoys cooking on holidays, I found the kitchen small and it took some organization to cook everything on the 2 burner induction stove. Bed in the mezzanine with views of the water was very comfortable.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025I booked this renting because we wanted to stay in Pescicci but I should continue my research and booked something else.The communication with the host was an issue and with all my experience after years of renting, not a warm service. No welcoming word, no suggestions of restaurants, things to visit or must see…At the end of our 2 nights stay, I received a notice in italian (witch a don’t speak) saying that one step had be broken and my credit card had been debit for a 240 euros for the “repairing). No proof at all of where this amount was coming from, just a picture of a stair broken.My husband and I quickly respond that when we first arrived we notify that one step was broken but we thaugh it was already like this. No answer, nothing from the host. She just ignored us and took our 240 euros.I informed her that a complaint would be made to VRBO regarding this situation. You should be aware of this incident. Regarding our stay, the apartment is small, non-functionnal with some bizarre steps to access the kitchen table, not well-furnished (the kitchen is very basic), very hot during summer (my husband slept on the sofa), beds are basic and the bathroom downstairs was smelling.Pescicci is a lovely city but sadly, our stay here didn’t reflect it.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024We had a nice two night visit - the hotel is very well situated, clean, and comfortable. The TV is only in Italian but you are in Italy!
