Stayed Dec 29, 2024Family of 5 stayed for a week in December to ski. 5 min walk to main street (restaurants etc.) and shuttle stop. Would stay there again, and also in the summer.

Stayed May 25, 2024This was such a nice rental. The location is perfect, both next to the river and within walking distance of the town and at least one park. It was very clean, had comfortable beds and was well appointed. The set-up could work for a few adult couples or a family with kids like us. This is probably the nicest rental we have ever had, I would definitely recommend for sure!

Stayed Sep 5, 2022Everything was as described, we enjoyed staying for a few days and getting to know the area. The first night was rather hot, despite leaving the windows open and using fans. I don't think there are many options around with A/C, but if we keep getting hotter summers, it will become an increasing discomfort. House was well appointed, great kitchen. Appreciate the Sonos system and having a garage space we could use.

Stayed Jun 25, 2019The house was great. Well furnished with everything needed in the kitchen. The location was great, right on Coal Creek with a great view of Mt. Crested Butte. As a matter of fact we had a great view of the 4th of July fireworks from the house deck. The bikes were a nice touch. My only complaint is that the house had know outdoor furniture. No chairs, no table no nothing. When I visit CB in the summer I want to be outdoors as much as I can and enjoy the great mountain air. I understand that the decks were super small but there was a nice patch of lawn where a picnic table would work. I will not rent this house again during the summer. Great house when the weather is too cold to sit outside.

Stayed Nov 22, 2017The house had everything you could want (hot tub, steam shower, located next to the bubbling creek, great views of Mt. Crested Butte right from the living room, comfortable beds, spa robes in every room and slippers for the hot tub). The owners definitely thought of everything! We could not have asked for a better home to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The house is located just a couple of blocks from Elk Ave (main street) where we walked to the shops and had dinner. What a great place to make lasting memories!

Stayed Mar 24, 2017Incredible views, newly updated, hot tub stopped working and they were out within an hour to fix on a Sunday. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Teocalli Creekside was a perfect holiday/ski vacation home for our family of four. It is an exceptionally well built home with a gourmet kitchen, incredible views, and thoughtful amenities (hot tub & master steam shower) that made this home unique and very comfortable. Being there at Christmas time was magical. We especially liked being on the other side of town, tucked away on a quiet street, but still close enough to access Elk Street by foot and easily walk to the closest shuttle stop. The Iron Horse Property Management team was excellent in answering our questions and responding to our needs. We would definitely go back!
