Sun filled Sitting area includes office and opens to deck.

The house features both ducted heating and evaporative cooling. The house has Wifi and a Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Large Pool deck with solar Heated Swimming pool, Lounges, Dining table seats up to 12 guests, Weber, Bar tables and stools overlook the full size mod grass Tennis Court. Basketball ring also on Court.

There is a separate Gymnasium with rowing machine, free weights, chin up bar and yoga mats. (Note - Adults responsibility to keep this room locked so children do not drop weights on themselves or damage floor).

Pets (dogs) are welcome but must not be allowed on furniture Owners permission required to bring pet
