TENMILE PANORAMA HOUSE - This is a very spacious 6 bedroom 4.5 bath house sleeping 14 comfortably in a beautiful area in Breckenridge and is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive to the gondola and a 10-minute walk to the Breckenridge Golf Course. Perfectly situated on 2 acres in a refreshingly private setting and boasts postcard views of the ski resort & spectacular Ten Mile Range! Dramatic windows create and abundance of natural light throughout.



The Space:

Sleeping: Bedroom 1 - extra large primary (main level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 2 (upper level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 3 (upper level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 4 (upper level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed; Bedroom 5 (upper level): (sleeps 2) King-size bed, Jack and jill attached bath to be shared with extra sleeping area; Bedroom 6: (sleeps 6) 4 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofa bed. The Neighborhood:

This is an exclusive area near the Breckenridge golf course with large lots and sweeping views in a perfect mountain setting. Enjoy a 10 minute walk to the Breckenridge Golf Course and a 10 minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and gondola parking. Breckenridge's best hiking and biking trails just outside the door.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended with this property. Guests also have access to a free VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle during ski season - Nov through April! The VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle will drop you off at either of the Breck Resort bases or downtown Breckenridge. You can schedule multiple pick-up times during the day. We contract with a company that provides 11 person passenger vans at your request. You are allowed to schedule four rides per day (two during peak times). The shuttle runs from 7:30am to 5:30pm daily and is for rides in and around Breckenridge. It is recommended that you make reservations a couple of days ahead of time but they will do their best to accommodate last minute requests. The owners of the property pay for this service to provide it to their guests but it managed by a separate company and is independent. You will be provided details with contact information etc before your arrival so that you can plan.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Checking in and out is simple and someone is always available to provide assistance. Rest assured that you’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned and fully stocked home.     We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful but the property is even better. There is plenty of room for the adults and the kids to enjoy the outdoors. The drive to the ski area is perfect. I would highly recommend this house. We will be staying there again.

    Absolutely breathtaking! The most exquisite house in the entire area! This residence boasted an array of amenities that exceeded all expectations. Impeccably clean and abundant open spaces throughout made it effortlessly accommodate our group of 13 individuals. The pleasant surprise of having double dishwashers and double washers/dryers and the fully stocked kitchen was truly delightful. The meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the house, from its construction to its decorations, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made everyone feel at ease. Undoubtedly, the property exuded a luxurious ambiance. Without a doubt, our group would definitely choose to stay here again whenever we're in the area!

    Our family has been renting properties in Breckenridge for over 15 years and Tenmile Panorama House ranks near the top. The house was clean, well equipped, beautiful and we love the location in the Highlands area! Nothing better than a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the fabulous view from the deck! Hope to return!

    The property has amazing views of Tenmile Range. Radiant floor heating felt great and comfortable. Close to Breckenridge and Keystone it was a great central base for our ski/snowboard vacation. Listing was a little inaccurate as the Loft space with 4 single beds does not have a door so it doesn't qualify as a bedroom. There are only 5 bedrooms in this house. Air hockey paddles need to be replaced in the game room..

    What an amazing vacation we had in Breckenridge this year, but what really topped it off was this incredibly beautiful home we stayed in for the week. To say this house is fully-equipped with everything is an understatement. Two refrigerators, one upright freezer, all the kitchen utensils you could think of, wine chiller, two dish washers, two laundry unit sets, cookware, dinnerware, etc. You name it, it was there. There were 11 of us and the house was plenty big for all of us to relax and enjoy. The only thing I would have wanted to be mentioned was there is only one bedroom on the main floor and the rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor. There are a few friends in the group with health issues which caused them to stay on the main level because they were not able to navigate the stairs as well as they would have liked, but other than that, the house was perfect for us and we had an amazing vacation. Highly recommend this home for your next Breckenridge adventure, especially for large groups.

    What a fabulous home! Comfortable and well-appointed, everything was there to set us up for a wonderful week. The views were stunning and we enjoyed all the games. Putting together family meals was a breeze in the beautiful kitchen. Easily one of the best homes we’ve rented (and we’ve had some very nice ones).
