Tempe Home with Heated Pool, Spa, Easy access to Spring Training & Everything!

The house is decent and in a nice quiet neighborhood although it is fairly close to a main road so there is a decent amount of road noise.The inside of the house was neat and fairly clean although the french door windows didn't look like they had been cleaned for awhile. The air vents were very dirty and if you tried to plug something into an outlet it would just fall right out again because the outlets are worn and loose.The beds were great!We paid an extra 100 for the hot tub which we enjoyed but we felt the heater was not the best because the temperature didn't get above 100 degrees. The outside of the BBQ was full of dust and the outside rugs were pretty with dog hair and debris.We enjoyed the pool!There were several sets of pool lounge chairs that either that need to be cleaned or replaced, they were dirty and stained. There was an assortment of pool floaties ect.. in a room with the washer and dryer, however there was a huge pool solar cover and other junk crammed on top of all the accessories that a we couldn't even get to them.It would be nice if the house had a binder that listed what closet to find extra linens, towels and other extra supplies.Would I stay here again? Maybe

I thought things could of been cleaner. The pool was lovely and the back yard has so much unused potential. Couch kind of broken down and broken lamp in living room. The place need meet out needs. The beds were wonderful!!!!

We enjoyed the hot tub. The house was nice and met all of our needs.

We loved the pool but the hot tub wasn’t used since they came to clean it while we were there and didn’t drain it. House was great and Dale was very nice to deal with. We’d stay there again. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Would sure recommend.

We had a great stay in the Tempe vacation home. It was centrally located to all of the places we needed to be. There was plenty of room for our group and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Great property & quiet area

Very homie! Had most everything you could need for cooking! Plenty of extra towels. All the beds were a different comfort which was awesome for some who cant sleep on certain firm or softness. Very clean and so beautiful! Pool was my favorite part! Definitely will be back to this one again!!

It’s in a great location, easy to get to grocery stores. Beds were super comfortable. Great host. Would stay again.

Went to Visit my son and his family.. also took a ride to Sedoma it is only 2 hours away very beautiful

This property was perfect for ASU graduation and visiting in Tempe and Scottsdale. 1 bathroom is really small. But plenty of room for 4 adults.

My husband and I stayed at this home for a long weekend and it was perfect for us! The privacy of the backyard with the pool and hot tub was wonderfully relaxing and just what we were looking for. Communication with the property owner was very good and we had no issues. We would definitely stay at this home again!

It was ok. I have never stayed at a vrbo that had so many extra charges as this place. The hot tub is 100 extra even though it has a severe leak and needed to be filled every day to stay above the jet line. The hot tub did not regulate temperature as it should so the guest is responsible to watch a video on what they need to do in order for the hot tub to function properly (and save costs to the renter). In one of the bathrooms the shower tub did not shut off properly and continued to drip. The smoke detector also sounded the alarm twice after two showers and the steam triggered it off. I have stayed at at least 10 vrbo's with pools and this was the only one that had a cleaning device that was continually in the pool and going all night (loud in the closest bedroom). When asked if we could remove it the answer was no as it needed to clean the pool? This was interesting as none of the other 10 plus pools I stayed at ever had this issue. This house was OK at best and I would not chose to stay there again. Honestly it was a disappointment to all the other VRBO's I have stayed at in the past 10 years. Nice house if you are ok with outdated and lots of extra rules and fees. Just not what I was use too or expecting from VRBO. The manager did say the hot tub had a small leak, but still charged the same 100 fee. The small leak would have meant the hot tub was completely empty after 3 days! That should not have been a full fee for a service that was awful!

Everything we needed was here. Location for spring training was perfect. Host replied to any questions right away.

The home was very comfortable. We were coming into town to take care of family business. We did not take the opportunity to use the pool or spa. I'm sure they would have been lovely. Had a wonderful time. The home is classy and cozy. The host was easy to contact and willing to assist.

We arrived on the hottest day of the year, so the pool was great!!
