Tempe Getaway with Private Pool & Amazing Location!

Our weekend getaway was amazing! House accommodations were excellent, from laundry access, snacks, full appliances in the kitchen, pool and lounge area. Seriously so happy we stayed. Would recommend to anyone staying for the weekend or longer. Kelsey the house host answers immediately and takes care of her guest. 6 stars if i could.

Nice large kitchen area and great TVs in living room and master bedroom.

No carpets in the rooms so it didn't have that home feel. Exterior lighting needs to be updated for swimming @ night.Master bath toilet is uncomfortable for using the toilet.Over all not bad but definitely needs some more improvements.

We did not use the pool as it was too cold wish the water was warmer with a heater as I got a pool hoping to use it. Host communicated fast as I really didn’t look around to see the House rules on the wall for WiFi password. Still giving 5 but could use little deep clean.

Host was very welcoming and answered all questions quickly. Provided so many extras like coffee & snacks, that made our stay and experience worthwhile. House is close to many attractions as well so I would highly recommend this rental.

Nice place, clean, some nice upgrades, pool and back outdoor area could use a little updating and cleaning. Easy checkout. Host provided some snacks and waters and everything was well stocked. Location was central but neighborhood was not the best. Would use again.

Host was very welcoming. The property was well-appointed and featured everything we needed for cooking basic breakfasts. In addition, the snacks and breakfast add-ons available were wonderful! Finally, the built in water filter for drinking water was perfect for staying hydrated in the dry AZ climate. We did not have a chance to use the backyard pool, but it was crystal clear and ready for swimming!

Kitchen was amazing, had everything we needed. Temperature in the home was comfortable and bedrooms were wonderful. Our host was easy to get a hold of and had no issues with entering the home. Beautiful home to relax in. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We had an amazing time with our family without stress.

The house is in a great location. Not in the middle of everything, but close enough to get to where you need to go. The bedrooms were a good size. There were only TVs in the living room and the master bedroom. There were no dressers in the 2 extra bedrooms and the closets were very small. The cleaning people could definitely do better. The vent in the hallway was caked in dust, there was hair behind the bathroom door, there was a glob of hair in the shower drain, the dishes in the cabinets had to be washed before we used them and the microwave was filthy. We didn't find out about not being able to use the garage until after we booked the house which was disappointing since it was still over 100 degrees when we were there.

Absolutely perfect!!The owners thought of everything!!! It was even better than I could have imagined. And the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet!!! We will stay again!!!

Traveled to Arizona to drop our daughter off at college GSU.. Great property, nice neighborhood great location. Property was clean. Owner communication great. We definitely would stay again..

This is the perfect property for us in Tempe visiting our daughter's family. We bring our dog with us and it has a good enclosed outdoor area with a large pool and a wonderful park just 15 mins walk away. The house is really well appointed with a lovely modern kitchen with all you could need and comfortable living and dining area. The host is very efficient and great communication and check in and out was very easy.It is close to all sorts of shops and restaurants and all Tempe has to offer.This is our second visit and we intend to reserve again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to others visiting the area.

Property was beautiful,clean,quite.Enjoyed the pool for morning swim and midnight dip.I loved the privite getaway with private clean pool.

My family and I stayed here so I could attend my graduation. Everything was very clean, organized, and accessible for my disabled parents. If I ever come back to town, I will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here for my daughter's college graduation from GCU. It was convenient for us in relation to where we have family--one mile from a sibling and 3 miles from Grandma. The pool area was wonderful for some AZ sunshine, the sectional was large and comfy for lounging, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Comfy beds. Thank you for making us feel at home while we celebrated a milestone!

Came to Tempe for a family wedding and to take a break from Michigan snow. The house, neighborhood, and communication with owner was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at the property in Tempe. The host was really communicative and accommodating and check in and out was very easy. The property is well appointed and very clean with all the items you need for a comfortable stay. The back yard was great for our dog and there is a wonderful lakeside park Kiwanis Park just a 10 min walk away. It is close to shops and restaurants and has easy access and parking. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others and hope to stay again ourselves
