This welcoming and beautiful home is located on the 12th tee box of the Jack Nicklaus Tournament course in PGA West Legends. This house is perfect for spending time or entertaining with friends and family: hiking, playing golf, enjoying hours of relaxation, or just soaking up the sun by the private courtyard pool.

This private luxury vacation home consists of 4 bedrooms total, each with an en-suite bathroom and can comfortably accommodate 10 total guests. In the main house, the master suite features a king size bed and the additional 2 guest rooms contain queen beds. The very private casita just off the front courtyard and separate from the main house, has a queen size bed and a double convertible pull out couch. The home also has cathedral ceilings, a separate AM/FM/CD audio system with indoor and outdoor speakers and wireless and high speed internet throughout the entire home.

As you can see by the pictures, the house is very warm, well-appointed, and ready for entertaining. As you walk in the house you immediately enter the great room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, which frame an amazing view of the golf course, lake and mountains. The large brown leather couch is a perfect place to lounge and enjoy casual conversion, listen to tunes on the surround-sound speakers, or catch a sporting event on the big-screen Samsung television. The luxurious great room also features a wet bar to mix up a tasty cocktail or pour a glass of red or white wine. The gas fireplace adds ambiance or just add a little warmth on a brisk desert night.

The spacious kitchen features a large island and a peek-a-boo window with serving bar, a perfect hub to plan the day’s events. The kitchen is supplied with all you need to whip up a quick snack or an elegant gourmet meal. With tons of counter space, two built-in ovens and a gas stovetop, your meals or entertainment plans are easy to execute with style. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, large mixing bowls, dishes, utensils, etc. The kitchen’s dinette is placed in the walk-through for easy access to the courtyard pool or the back patio with outdoor gas grill.
