Tee-rific is centrally located on the Outer Banks in the Sandcastle Village section of The Village at Nags Head (Mile Post 14). This community has access to free oceanfront parking and also access to the Albemarle Sound. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room is a perfect area to relax and socialize with your family: contemporary furnishings, hardwood floors and beautiful views. Everyone can join in on the fun, whether watching the large flat-screen TV or preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Granite counters with lots of cabinet space (keeps groceries put away), and stainless steel appliances are the hallmark of this upgraded kitchen space. The kitchen island seats 3 and the separate dining area (seats 8) has tee-rific views to the west overlooking the 12th fairway of the Nags Head Links Golf Course. Nearby is a half bath and the first of two King Master Suites is on this floor. Its master bath has double vanity sinks and a large tiled shower. Outside, the west sun deck will offer plenty of sun and lovely sunsets to watch too!

MID LEVEL:
The large game room has both a Pool Table and a Shuffleboard table (now's your chance to learn how to play!). The King Jr. Master has a semi-private bathroom (shower/tub combo) which is shared with the game area. The second King Master Suite is also on this floor; the master bath has a shower. The covered back deck is another place to relax, perhaps take a lazy summer afternoon nap instead!

GROUND LEVEL:
The family fun continues downstairs in a nice Lounge area that leads out to the private pool (10' x 17'; open mid-May to mid-October). There's a second full-size refrigerator in the kitchenette. There are two more bedrooms on this level: a bedroom with two Double beds and a bedroom with 2 Bunk Bed Sets for the kids. These rooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combo. The laundry area is on this floor too. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
As a guest of The Village at Nags Head, golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole Nags Head Links golf course with sound views. There is access to free parking at The Village of Nags Head private oceanfront beach access, about 1/2 mile away from this home. There is access to the Albemarle Sound with two piers and small craft launches for kayaks or windsurfing. These soundfront parks are a nice spot for a picnic or to see beautiful summer sunsets!
