The bathrooms are modern and carefully designed, with large showers and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Upon request, a comfortable sofa bed is also available—perfect for accommodating young guests or an additional person.
The true gem of the property is the outdoor space: a private saltwater pool, surrounded by olive trees, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
