The home includes an open-plan but cosy living area that flows out onto the patio and garden - ideal for cruisy Kiwi summers. The fully-fenced and private section provides a great space for BBQ`s with your group. For winter stays, stay toasty by the fire!

Bedrooms 1 and 2 at this Taupo accommodation each have a queen bed, while bedroom 3 offers a single bunk set so this setup is perfect for couples and families.

Step out to enjoy cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance, stroll to the Lake’s edge a 10-minute walk away or set out on adventure with an array of activities and locations to enjoy.

NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)or use our hire service. If you wish to add the linen hire of $17.25 per person please select this option when booking or let us know in the comments section.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

    The bathroom was very cold it would be nice to have a bathroom heater and also a heated towel rail so towels could dry overnight We did a road trip around the north island and this was the most expensive accommodation and we had to pay extra to hire linen

    We were a group of 5, doing the Tongariro Alpine Crossing and exploring Taupo. Loved the comfy, clean, tidy, quiet and cozy house. Very close to the town center, just an hour to the shuttle for our Tongariro hike. Great that it has 3 bedrooms.
