You’re also just 650m from the local restaurant, The Bay Bar & Brasserie, and convenience store, and a 2-minute drive to L'Arte Cafe. Taupo's town centre is only a short 7-minute drive away.

House Rules and Information -



Parking: 2 x off street parking. Parking area needs to be shared with the downstairs permanent tenant. There is no guest access to the garage.



*Security Cameras: There is an external camera set up at the front of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
