    This was our first time to Pensacola. Because of hurricane Sally, it looked a bit scary but staying at the home we felt safe, comfortable and pampered. It is beautiful and very clean, we would definitely stay again.

    Yes the host was welcoming. The house was lovely. The only issue I had was there was no broom to sweep up. However there was a vacuum.

    While the house was very nice and convenient to downtown and Pensacola Beach, the beds were not as advertised. They are not queen-size, but double beds and the one in the master bedroom downstairs was lumpy and the microfiber sheets did not fit the bed, nor were they comfortable.

    Overall, the stay was good and the inside of the unit looked just like the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/small appliances, etc not usually found in a rental like this, though it did not have basics like salt/pepper/oil which you will need to purchase yourself. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Unfortunately, we had to contact the manager twice during our stay. The first time was the first morning when coffee maker did not work and there were zero hangers in the whole house. They were quick to respond, replacing both items. Later, when we went to use the the gas grill and outside amenities, the insides of the grill were rusted to the point of 2 of the 4 burners being completely disintegrated and not functioning. The photo of the lights around the outside firepit area did not function (water literally sitting in the bottom of each bulb,) dead leaves covering the the solar panels for the lights and a plant growing though one of the chairs. There was no wood to burn either. You could tell that nobody had paid attention to this area in some time. The management company was not able to fix the grill situation, but they did come out and replaced the lights with much smaller twinkle lights and tried to clean up the area a bit. Again, they were responsive in the things they could control. Overall, still a good stay but disappointed about the outside amenities, as those things were items that sold us on this location.

    The home is conveniently located close to downtown, close to the mall, downtown shopping, restaurants and theaters, walking (park near downtown), and beaches. The home was very clean/neat and organized, has a great cooking and open kitchen area, washer & dryer, ironing board, and a good sized closet in the master bedroom downstairs, plus two upstairs bedrooms. The backyard is spacious, too. The hosts were quickly responsive to any communications and questions that I had both before and during my trip. I easily give this a 10 out of 10, and a five star rating for the hospitality of the hosts, the amenities which are excellent, the location, and the comfortable layout and decorations in the home. This made my stay in Pensacola one of the best that I’ve had. Thank you!

    Very nice. Upgraded appliances. 1 minor issue, the fan in the master bedroom and the upstairs front bedroom have the same kind of fan with remote. Our friends would turn there fan and light out but ours would turn on. When we would turn off Master bedroom off it would turn theirs on.

    Our stay was worry free. I picked this location knowing it was close by to many of the shops and restaurants I would be visiting. The check-in process was very easy, and everything was just as shown and listed in the description. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no problems. This location is close to the Palafox area, which has lots of stores and restaurants to visit. A short 10-15 minute drive also puts you at NAS Pensacola where the Naval Aviation Museum is based as well as the Pensacola Lighthouse. If the beach is your destination, Pensacola Beach can be visited with a 15 or so minute drive as well. This is a good base to do lots of things in the area, and is great option for a nice stay.
