Tasteful decor, fun Florida feel, Bright, Clean 3-3 Waterside, Free Heated Pool

The home was beautiful with many upgrades. Kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware for both indoors and out by the pool. Location was close to shopping, restaurants ,farmers market and marina. Host were available and easily accessible for and suggestions or problems. We will definitely consider this property when visiting Cape Coral again.

My family and I stayed in this house for a week and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our first impression upon arrival was fabulous: the house was absolutely clean, and the main television peas playing a calm music. The house has absolutely everything a family needs for a comfortable stay, from all the kitchen utensils and guest kits with essentials such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, and lotion to beach bags, a cooler, and pool toys. The owners' kindness, effective communication, and attention to detail make this house a well-kept gem in Cape Coral, one we would love to return to in the future. Over the years, I’ve stayed at many rental properties, but Charles and June’s home stands out as my absolute favorite. The photos, while beautiful, don’t fully capture the charm and warmth of this place. The attention to detail rivals a five-star hotel, from the thoughtfully curated welcome setups in every bathroom to the pool accessories and all the little amenities you might forget on vacation. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, groceries, and your favorite beverages—Charles and June have everything else covered.The vibe is vibrant, colorful, and instantly transports you into vacation mode. The outdoor space was a highlight, especially lounging by the pool, grilling, and watching TV while boats glided by in the canal. We also loved the full-house surround sound system, which filled the home with our favorite beach tunes all day long.The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Charles and June were exceptional hosts—responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. We’re already looking forward to returning soon and making this our go-to getaway!

This house is everything you could ever ask for and more. The house was extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable; I wish I had them in my house. Outside, in back, is a beautiful dock to sit on and get sun and watch the boats pass through the canal. You can swim in the pool day or night without worrying about being cold. You will be able to get plenty of sun through the lanai. I've stayed in places where the lanai blocked out the sun, but not here. The host was extremely friendly and quick to answer any questions I might have had. The house is beautifully decorated, and it felt like home the second we walked in. I can't say enough about this beautiful vacation getaway.

We’ve stayed on Cape Coral before but the area of this house is ideal. Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store and restaurants, and a bit out of the congestion which made me more comfortable for my girls to use the bikes provided to explore the area. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you will need and even more. It was so welcoming when we arrived with music going and lights on. The pool area was perfect. The kids loved that it was deep enough for them to safely dive in and play. Big area on dock to sit and watch the boats go by and see some wildlife. Beds were very comfortable, decor was so cute, kitchen stocked for cooking, dishes for indoor and outdoor entertaining, and plenty of space to spread out. The pool area was in the sun all day which we loved but plenty of options to create shade if you wanted to. June gave many great suggestions for fabulous restaurants, activities, and shopping areas. Charles and June live there so having some local favorite and hidden gem secrets was a plus. Overall, this home was everything we wish for and more. This area will be the only place we will stay in going forward. We will definitely be back to stay and so perfect that we will recommend this home to family and friends. If your going between properties, choice this home. You won’t be disappointed !

We took a chance on this property since it had only a few VRBO ratings. I am so glad we did, our stay at this property was exceptional! Upon arrival, the home was sparkling clean. Towels were folded into shapes of cute animals, and the toilet paper was even folded into roses. The home was bright and welcoming. The furniture and finishes were top quality. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the closets stocked with plenty of extra luxury linens. The host offered many extras, such as snacks upon arrival, toiletries, sunscreen, yoga mats and blocks, pool accessories, laundry pods, beach umbrellas/chairs, and bicycles! They had it all! The kitchen is well-stocked for all cooking and baking needs compared to other rental experiences we’ve had. The cookware was top quality and there were many extra appliances at our disposal. The host provided coffee pods for the Keurig along with extra bottled water in the refrigerator. The pool area was perfect for lounging and swimming, and has Bluetooth speakers for both indoor and outdoor listening. The house was bright and open, providing an indoor/outdoor feel from the living room to the pool deck, and the sunset view was truly phenomenal. Because the pool is heated, we swam comfortably at all times of the day. Not only is there an outdoor shower on the pool deck but there is also another full outdoor bathroom, which is so convenient if you are wet from the pool. We will be booking this property every time we come back!

We only stayed for 2 nights, but the property is impeccably decorated and they provide for just about any need You could possibly think of. Love the property and we'll definitely return.

Wow! This is a beautiful home; even nicer than the photos. Beautiful setting with everything you could possibly want for amenities. The home is clean, clean, clean and the location is great. Home is on the water and, the Marina with restaurants/bars and shops is within walking distance. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Thank you! We will definitely be back!
