Welcome to the Creekwood Lodge! A sophisticated, newer construction home perfectly designed for connection, comfort, and fun in the highly desirable Highland Woods neighborhood. You're a short drive to Heavenly, a bike ride to local restaurants, and just steps from the beautiful meadow with trails leading to the lake and a bike path to Pope Beach. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is packed with ideal amenities, including a private hot tub, game room, and a dedicated Tesla EV charger.

Whether you’re here for a thrilling winter ski trip; a summer of biking, hiking, and lake; or a crisp fall getaway, The Creekwood Lodge is your comfortable, modern home base for year-round Tahoe fun.

The Creekwood Lodge is allowed to host 8 guests, plus up to 5 additional children under 14 years old, per the City of South Lake Tahoe ordinance, making it perfect for families and groups with young kids.

The Space
This thoughtfully designed home features an open-concept main floor perfect for connection, complete with a natural stone fireplace, large Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The stunning, fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting slab granite counters, brushed stainless steel appliances, and premium touches like a copper and secondary veggie prep sink.

For entertainment, the downstairs family room and dedicated game area offer endless fun with a classic Pool Table, a full Wet Bar, and an Arcade Game unit.

Rest comes easy year round with central air conditioning / heat, three spacious full bathrooms, three king bedrooms including a luxurious master suite featuring an ensuite bath with a relaxing jetted tub.

Outside, enjoy beautiful mountain views from the spacious upper deck or soak in your exclusive Private Hot Tub on the lower deck. Modern amenities include a propane BBQ Grill, plus both a Tesla and universal 240-Volt EV Charger in the attached garage. The home is located in a highly bikeable area for easy local exploration.

**Please Note: We're finishing upgrades and will have new photos up soon. The couches in the upstairs living room have been replaced with a large sectional, couches the master bedroom have been removed, and there is a new and bigger dining area table on the way.

Guest & Parking Limits
* Maximum of 8 guests, plus up to 5 extra children under 13 years old, for a total of 13 guests with the extra children included.
* 4 vehicles max - 2 in garage, 2 in driveway, no street parking (violations may result in fines and towing, per the local rental ordinance).

Noise & Respect
* Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM (strictly enforced by the city).
* The local hot tub hours are 8am to 10pm. It is not allowed to be used between 10pm and 8am.
* Please be respectful of our home, neighbors, and community.
* This is a family-friendly getaway — no late-night or loud parties. If your goal is a big, disruptive event, this is not the right home.
* No bachelor or bachelorette parties, or similar celebratory events are permitted.
* Mature groups who know how to enjoy themselves responsibly are very welcome.

Age & Responsible Booking
* The primary guest must be 25 years or older and present during the stay.
* No third-party bookings — the person who reserves must be staying at the home.
* This is a zero-tolerance policy for minors booking or groups of kids coming up to party.

Trash & Wildlife
* South Lake Tahoe is bear country! Please place all trash in the on-site bear box to keep wildlife safe (and your deposit protected).

General Guidelines
* Serious violations may result in penalties or removal from the property.
* No parties, smoking, or events.
* Security cameras monitor entryways and driveways only (no indoor recording).
