This year-round holiday home offers an air of relaxed yet sophisticated charm, has room for the entire family with three spacious bedrooms and three and a half baths. This property appearance is fresh and updated with its new kitchen wallpaper, newlighting and new wallpaper upstairs. On the main level, you will find an immaculate great room with beautiful furnishings and decorative accents, a cook’s kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to prepare at-home meals, plus a breakfast room, kitchen bar and full dining room! Enjoy your favorite TV shows on the 40 inch flat panel HDTV and bring some movies and CD’s to enjoy on our DVD player. A convenient half bath is off the entrance foyer and a full laundry room is a fantastic vacation amenity. We furnish all laundry products too! Having a garage for parking is a special perk in the warmer months or if it rains here in our tropical paradise.

Your favorite place will be the furnished screened porch to include table and chairs overlooking our expansive well-manicured backyard and large pond with fountains, perfect serene view for 'outdoor' meals! The breezes from the nearby Atlantic Ocean are especially nice in the late afternoon. Cook out using the gas BBQ grill on the patio!

The first level master bedroom suite is a true private retreat with a handsome king size bed, triple dresser, TV, ceiling fan, reading area and a spacious ensuite bath, with both jetted tub and easy step-in shower, leading to a huge walk-in closet. You will find plenty of storage for a summer holiday or a long winter visit in this wonderful home away from home. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, both tastefully decorated for comfort and in traditional style. One bedroom features two queen size beds, walk-in closet, triple dresser, TV with VCR and another ensuite full bath with a tub and shower enclosure. The second bedroom upstairs has a stylish queen bed, triple dresser, ceiling fan and TV for late night viewing. A third private full bathroom is just outside the second bedroom upstairs. There is also a quiet reading alcove upstairs and a small library filled with books for your leisure times.

Just a short stroll from home is Tanglewood’s community pool, complete with showers, vending, bathrooms and plenty of lounge and umbrella chairs, the perfect place to spend the day. Pack your lunch and soak up the sunshine. Guest may also enjoy the huge North Tower saltwater pool on the Intracoastal Waterway within the Resort!

There are no parking problems at the beach for our guests, with the seasonal complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront where you have a full service bathroom, showers, vending, picnic tables and deck walkway to the sand and surf. You may also hop on the shuttle to the driving range, golf courses or Barefoot Landing where you can spend the day shopping, dining and entertainment. Don’t miss the acclaimed ONE Show at the Alabama Theatre, live entertainment at the House of Blues, Comedy Cabana, Carolina Opry, or Pirate Dinner & Show. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhome was perfect for our family of five. It included all the amenities of home, was well maintained and cleaned. We had an issue with our pool key not working the first day but Rich took care of it right away. I loved the fact that this property had a garage we could store the coolers and sandy beach items inside of, rather than inside the unit. The pools both the smaller community pool and the larger barefoot resort pool are maintained well. The smaller pool was never busy while we were there. Will definitely rent again.

We have rented from this group before with one of their smaller condos but as the family keeps growing we wanted a little bit more room and this condo turned out to be exactly what we were looking for!!! Great neighborhood, super clean space, loved the super tall ceilings! Really enjoyed the back patio space and the grill! We were there for 6 days and ate dinner out only twice because of how clean and well the grill worked which helped keep the cost down some for the family trip. Pool was super clean and not overly busy and on top of all of that this company is a great host!!! They made sure we were taken care of, asked questions about our family and even when we were leaving wanted to make sure everything was exactly as advertised!!!We will be visiting them again!!!

I’ve stayed in Barefoot Landing before. Pools were all salt water. Very Nice are only noise is the birds chirping! Had to clean the downstairs bathrooms

Very spacious and clean. There was a very loud frog that would visit at night lol. We really enjoyed our stay. I would like to have pool passes and garage door opener in the unit vs coming to the office to collect but there was no long line so that’s a little thing. Some pans/spatulas could use upgrading. A baking dish would be a nice addition. The shuttle service needs to be more dependable. Definitely a Barefoot Resort coordination issue. Good vacation, thank you.
