Stayed Dec 30, 2025We very much enjoyed our time in Tampa! Our group of 14 ranging from 15-76 enjoyed this luxurious house with great amenities. It was a great location and Dominic was a friendly and attentive host.The home is located in a very nice area. We walked the area everyday for exercise. Sometimes to Ballast Park and other times to local businesses. Some of our favorite stops were:-SOG for morning coffee and smoothies-Bocelli’s Modern Italian for some drinks at the bar and carry out pizza-Big Ray’s Fish Camp for great grouper sandwiches and cold drinks-Interbay Fish Market for amazing steaks and baconThe outdoor living space in the house was a huge hit with our crew. Coming from Indiana in December-January, we definitely wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to be outdoors and this home delivered in a big way for us. It was a fabulous space to be together outdoors. All the backyard attractions were as advertised! The indoor accommodations were a great space for us as well. The large kitchen table was great for meals and playing games. The sitting area off to the side in the kitchen as well as the sitting area in the bar were great areas for conversation and playing cards. The large comfy sectional in the family room received very positive reviews from our whole crew!!!We would definitely recommend this area and of course this home to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and luxurious stay in the Tampa area.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Pool was enjoyable. Hot tub especially good. Needed to contact owner to turn it on. Generally, this worked well but there was a single episode when the owner was unable to turn it on despite repeated attempts to reach him. Apparently, there was a software glitch and the owner apologized.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Finest 5 star quality luxury home is certainly true for outside area and 2nd floor, especially the newly built annex to the main building. 3rd and 4th floor of the old building are normal standard and the 4th floor bathroom is poor quality. Some of the items listed did not exist or didn't work upon arrival (gas fireplace, Delta Heat gas grill, mosquito magnet, Peleton exercise bike, Wolf custom coffee system and garage). During our stay the heater for the pool and the hot tub didn't work for a couple of days. Of notice, the property manger Dominic did everything in his power to fix the problems as quickly as possible and was always reachable. However, the problems caused major inconveniences during our 2 weeks stay and would have merited a moderate monetary refund which was denied. Instead, a discount for future stays was offered, which is, however, irrelevant to us.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024An absolute stellar property. We stayed here as a staycation over the weekend and man it felt like we were on some on some island in the Caribbean. The house has this amazing pool with lush greenery surrounding it creating ultimate privacy. Our host Dominic was so accommodating and fast with communication. Made checking in and out a breeze. Highly recommend renting this house!!

This property made us feel at home with the welcoming of the property manager. The manager greeted us upon checked and did a walk thru of the house with us. The manager was responsive to questions during our stay. The follow-up made it even more enjoyable because the manager wanted to ensure our stay would be rememberable. The house was clean and had plenty of space to entertain inside and outside. Actually, the house was larger than what was expected. The location of house was in close proximity to convention center, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Lovely and quiet neighborhood...

We had a group of 13, and not only was there ample sleeping space, but also several spacious living areas where we could all comfortably be together. The backyard was like our own little oasis and felt so private. Dom was an incredible host. He walked us through the technology in the home, provided great local recommendations, and was so responsive to our needs from booking through our stay. Dom helped create such an enjoyable trip for us. I would highly recommend this beautiful Tampa home!
