Tampa Villa w Private Dock Luxury Heated POOL & Hot tub

This house makes you feel like you are home. Loved everything about it, and my grandkids absolutely loved the home and the pool. We brought our boat, and it was so easy to get out to the bay, and see dolphins and manatees. Tom was a pleasure to communicate with, and so helpful with all my questions. Definitely will be back.

Our host was an excellent communicator before and during our trip. The house was amazing with a heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pac man machine and located on a canal with a great dock. We saw a dolphin and lots of Manatees and fish. Plenty of seating, the backyard was my favorite place to be! The house was great too. My mother, 85 years young, loved having the master suite with a private bathroom. We loved having a washer and dryer along with everything else needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great also. We were walking distance to a grocery store and downtown Tampa and Dunedin were a short drive. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to booking another trip soon!

Excellent property, you need nothing but to show up

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The backyard is peaceful and the property is very clean. The house had plenty of room for our family and we especially enjoyed the ping pong table. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

We had a relaxing stay - the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, right on one of the canals. Backyard is very pretty with the pool, decking, dock, Adirondack chairs, and fire pit. Note that the neighbor has signs up that excessive note can trigger an alarm and the police, and even has a camera that appears to be pointed away from the house. A little unsettling, but as long as you are respectful, we had no issues. The house was clean and just as expected. We loved the ping pong table. Note that the dishwasher didn't work for us - the host was very quick to communicate with us and get a repair person out.

Nice property

I couldn't be happier with Tom's place. He was responsive, the house was exactly as described. I've stayed in multiple VRBO's and Tom was the best host I have ever experienced.

Great place, location and loved the pool and hot tub. Play room fun too! TV provided youtube access for NFL games which was a bonus! Shame the fire pit didn't work but everything else perfect.

House was really cute. Everything was as listed. Property owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Nice quiet canal location.
