Tampa Home Near Boat Ramp ~ 10 Mi to Dtwn!

My husband and I stayed in this house twice before and it was always a great experience. We are visiting from Germany/Netherlands and travel to the US several times a year - for business and vacation. Our stay in this property was always great and we just did another booking for this summer. The house owner is a very nice and caring person. Very happy about this contact and the service of Evolve. Very clean property. It's in a nice and well kept neighborhood. Felt very safe. Had amenities such as umbrellas as it rains a lot in Tampa. Beach towels, beach supplies and a washer and dryer. We never used this but they had a grill in the backyard and a covered patio dining. I do want to add that there weren't any shampoo or conditioner at least for women but that wasn't a problem but in case someone wants to know if they should bring or buy some. 15-20min from the airport and 45min. to the Gulf.

I highly recommend this rental house. It was super clean and extremely well stocked with everything and then some that you will need. The hosts were very responsive to my requests and were a pleasure to rent from. Something that was extra nice that you don't often think about is the added convenience of the carport in Florida. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful place conveniently located near our destinations.The grill on the patio was perfect for making our burgers, but what really stood out was how exceptionally clean the house was—there wasn't even a speck of dust. A truly comfortable and well-maintained stay.

My brothers and I felt right at home in this Vrbo. Just what we needed to have as our gathering place as we made our spring training junkets in the area. Home was very clean and safe and had most of the amenities of home!

We stayed here for a wedding, the house was fantastic! Communication was wonderful. I have never seen a house so clean, and stocked with all you need for the stay. Cute back/side patio. Only 1 TV so we had to shift between kids and adult TV time (at night) but it all worked out fine. Starbucks and Publix are less then 5 mins away, Target and Walmart another 5. Airport is 10-15 mins away. We did take a drive to Honeymoon Island and a variety of restaurants in south Tampa. Overall we highly recommend this house. Thank you so much!

Walking into the house was as expected a cute Floridian home. House was clean and fully stocked with all that you could need for your stay. Beds are firm and comfortable.If I had to point anything out for us would be we would have loved TVs in the bedrooms - and maybe a shelf in the bathrooms to place toiletries on. --- but otherwise a great stay.

Very cozy and welcoming. This house is stocked with everything you forgot when you packed. The owner was responsive and fantastic to work with. This is the best short term rental I have ever stayed in.

This was a great location to the Clayman Thyroid surgery center, and was a much more comfortable location than staying in one of the recommended hotels. The house was very clean and well stocked! I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area :)

This home was much more comfortable and convenient to the Clayman Thyroid Center (less than 1.5 miles) than any of the hotels recommended by the hospital…which were all out near the airport and would have meant dealing with traffic.. The house was clean, well stocked, well-appointed and in a safe/quiet neighborhood. While I had friends staying with me, I would have felt safe staying alone at the house while he was in the hospital. Publix and several drugstores were also very close by. All three beds in the home had adjustable bases…which was a very pleasant surprise…and just what he needed after surgery!! While I hope we never have to return for future surgeries, if we did, I would certainly reserve this home again in a heartbeat!
