TAMPA FLORIDA VACATION DELIGHT

The host was great, the house is very equipt and the location near everything.Very comfortable and nice

The place was very clean, newly remodeled, taken care of very well. I would recommend it to anybody home had all the cooking amenities and things that are essential Host got back to me almost immediately. I would highly recommend anybody to stay there.

Place was the perfect spot to rest up on our fishing trip

Most amazing hosts and beautiful place! Fished in the creek. Gorgeous sunsets. You don’t hear noise or city traffic but still close enough to the beach, shopping, the hospital we had to have tests at. This is a true gem and you will love the hosts as much as you will the actual place!

We loved the location very close to our Tampa family, a creek running behind the house, and right across the road from a great little playground and rec center! Everything was very clean and well maintained and easy to access. Having access to the washer/dryer was a huge plus when going to the beach. Access to a full kitchen and dishwasher means we saved money on food by eating in. My daughter enjoyed the games in the closet! I was a little nervous about the stairs with my elderly father-in-law and 3 year old, but everyone came out unharmed. Honestly my husband and I were ready to buy the place if we were in the market lol! It was that great!

Super cute place! Its right on a creek and there were kayaks in the garage to use. The whole place was very clean and well taken care of. Definitely will be staying again.

This is an excellent house in a quiet neighborhood. The living space is on the second floor (garage underneath), attractively decorated, no nick-nack clutter, large walk in shower, huge w/d, comfortable beds, very clean.Sit on the balcony/porch to enjoy your time away from home. Watch for birds, squirrels, spot the occasional cat, listen for roosters & ducks, play “where's the gecko today” and watch Rocky Creek drift by. Or if your ambitious, there is a cemented launch area for your canoe/kayak.The pluses? - everything! (And ten minutes from our son.)The wishes? - bicycles to take to the many area trails.The negative? - the 18 stair steps! By the end of the day, these two 70 senior citizens had to crawl up the stairs, but we managed. And if we think we can handle those steps on our next trip, we'll be back. Thanx Lynda.

I selected this VRBO for our trip to Tampa for a wedding. Our three kids loved this place because it has a wide balcony for looking out on the canal and has a playground across the street. With early flights out, this was a great place about 10-20 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic and time of day. There are plenty of grocery options and fast food nearby. And this was a best stocked and cleanest VRBO I've ever booked, and we have booked quite a few over the years. The kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, etc, let us give our kids downtime from the wedding events, beach, etc. Lynda also communicated quickly to my questions over VRBO. I would definitely book here again.

Lynda was a great host and her home was perfect for our quick weekend in Tampa! Don’t let looks fool you, this home is adorable once you step inside and perfect for a family stay. This was probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. You can tell Lynda really cares about her home and wants her guests to enjoy their time. Close to everything and nice that there is a playground/community center right across the street.

From the time I saw this and the constant communication with the host Linda it definitely met all expectations. They keep this house very clean. There’s nothing that you need for while you’re there. I actually found coffee filters in the cabinets and I had forgotten mine. Also, I like the early check-in because we were a few minutes early getting there. It fits a family of four perfectly especially because they have the fold out beds. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that is considering doing a Vrbo this was my first time using this type of service and I was extremely satisfied if you’re going to be in Tampa and you need to place a stay I would highly recommend that you use this location. It was definitely a 10 out of 10 using

Was perfect. Everything we needed. My adult son and 9 year old son loved the kayaks and took a little trip on the river. Everything we needed was provided. Great location and great neighborhood. If we venture back to the area, wed definitely book again.

I chose this for the location, the backyard and water, the playground across the street. But i was thrilled when we arrived. Super clean, and was better than the pictures depicted. I was worried it would be a bit dark and worn from the pictures, but seriously, it was great. High ceilings and great light.
