Tall Pines | House in Wellfleet

The house is in a great location, minutes to downtown Wellfleet, and a very quiet neighborhood.The beds are comfortable. There are plenty of blankets and towels.There are coolers, beach bag and small beach chairs.The decor is quintessential Cape Cod. The house is homey and perfect for our group of 4 adults. The outdoor shower is wonderful and has a separate dressing area.The oven didn't work and there wasn't a lot of cookware.Overall it was a lovely home and I would stay there again

Beautiful, well appointed and spacious home with beautiful deck close to downtown Wellfleet and Mayo Beach. We absolutely will return!

Easy stay and convenient.

We loved our time at Tall Pines. The house was clean and welcoming and the location was fantastic! We were able to walk into town and avoid dealing with parking nightmares. Beds were extremely comfortable! Will definitely try to stay here again!

House was very spacious for 2 couples, very clean and cozy! Beds were comfy, nice bathrooms and living space. Fabulous deck and outdoor shower!

This house was very comfortable for our party of 6. The 3 bathrooms are unheard of in The Cape. The kitchen was updated. There are two nice seating areas on the upstairs huge deck. Great Wellfleet location, so close to Mayo Beach. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

I would have given it 5 stars but when arrived house had not been cleaned. We contacted VACAS and they sent someone over to clean it right away. Once cleaned we were very happy with house- it was large, spacious close to everything

I love the house itself and the location was perfect. I would love to rent it again but I will not because the communication was absolutely unacceptable. I am sure I was texting with a robot. Fist I needed to know what beds were in the home prior to arrival. Pictures did not match description or a review I read. Beds we more than adequate, but I did not know that until I arrived because I went in circle with AI and never got my questions answered. Sheets were scratchy. I rented the home for the AC and location. The AC was broken for the first 7 of my 10 day stay during a heatwave. No responded to my call I went in circles over text. Finally I got a text saying someone was coming to fix it and they did. So I had AC for last 3 days. The stove was an induction stove - there were no instructions on how to use it. Induction stoves require special, compatible pots, which were not provided. I made inquiries about this but - more circles with AI over text and no help. Also the kitchen was very poorly stocked. Visitors need a proof of stay to buy a beach sticker . This was not provided. I asked for one - did not get it. I was able to get my beach sticker because I am a former Wellfleet year round resident and the office staff made an exception for me. I don't know how other guests were able to get a beach sticker...?! Sometimes the digital lock didn't work and I would stand outside putting the code in multiple times before I could enter the home - this happened frequently.

The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Love the outdoor shower.

This house worked perfectly for a wedding at the Chequessett Club, which was only 4 minutes away. The house was clean and spacious, providing a great base for our family. The pictures were an accurate representation of the house too. We also loved the large deck to hang out, which felt very private. We highly recommend this house and would stay here again!
