Neighborhood: Stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Bend – Woodside Village! Here, you’ll find large acreage estates along a peaceful flat road that is easily drivable to the best of Bend:
- 10 minutes to downtown Bend
- 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor
- 25 minutes to Redmond Airport RDM

Common Areas: When you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by vaulted ceilings that lead into a great room and kitchen with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, serveware, appliances large and small, basic spices and oils, soaps and dishtowels. The kitchen overlooks a breakfast nook and living room with a smart TV, comfortable sectional sofa and seating. The smart TV has streaming capabilities so you can log into your own apps like Netflix and Hulu. Around the corner, you’ll find a second living room with a cozy fireplace, smart TV, sofa, large dining table that seats 8, and board games for the whole group to enjoy! Connect your music to one of 3 large bluetooth speakers - living room sound bar with subwoofers, or the two freestanding speakers on the patio and in the garage.

Outdoor: This home sits on two acres and is beautifully landscaped. The backyard patio is an entertainer’s dream! There is a large BBQ station, full outdoor dining set, a built in natural gas firepit with seating around, a couple of loungers and umbrellas and a 4-6 person salt water hot tub that is professionally cleaned before each stay. For kids, there is a play structure with ladder, slide, and two-story playhouse.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Unwind in the primary suite with a king bed, dresser, smart TV, attached full bath with dual-head shower, double sink, and walk in closet. The hot tub is on a deck right off of this suite. There are two bedrooms down the hallway, each with a queen bed. A second full bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower is located near the main living area. All rooms come complete with full bed linens and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash), and hair dryers.

Office/Fourth Bedroom: Near the foyer, queen bed with dedicated office space with a desk and chair, and lightning-fast 1G internet free of charge. Standing clothes hanger with a luggage rack.

Other Amenities (Garage, Laundry Room): There is an in-home laundry room complete with a washer and dryer available for guest use free of charge. We provide laundry detergent. In the garage, you'll find a Ping-Pong table with bar seating nearby.

Parking/EV charging/RV Hookups: Guests have full access to the three car garage, with a Tesla EV charger (NACS+J1772) with universal adapter for whichever EV you drive. The driveway also provides parking for additional vehicles. The home has RV parking with full hookups next to the garage – electrical (50 amp NEMA 14-50R), water (bring your own hose), and waste. There is plenty of room for trailers and toys!

Good to know:
- Completion of a Rental Agreement, including guest verification, is required for all bookings before check-in instructions are released.
- The backyard is mostly fenced, but not fully. Pets and children must be supervised.
- There is a large shop at the very back of the 2 acre property that is for homeowner use only.
- Within the home, there is a linen closet that is locked and for housekeeping use only
- There are noise decibel meters installed on the outside of the property. They do not record words, but do alert the manager on duty to excessive noise during quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of our sweet neighbors!

    The kitchen is very well equipped, everything worked (not always a given) and it was very clean. The house is kid and pet friendly. We appreciated the pack-n-play and highchair.

    Home was perfect for our stay except for construction noise and workmen walking aroaround property early in the morning.. Manager informed us day of arrival, indicating she just received notice herself of the planned construction. She did refund half of our fees which was appreciated. We also found a missing part to the dishwasher which should have been mentioned due to worry we might have caused it. Overall, a lovely home with a fair amount of street noise in the backyard even after construction project is done.

    I booked this home for a local staycation/ladies sleepover and it did not disappoint. The home is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and wonderfully renovated. They did not miss a thing. Both the outdoor and indoor spaces were peaceful and relaxing. Beds were relaxing, linens nice, kitchen well stocked. Beyond being well equipped with everything we could possibly need, the owner/property manager was incredibly easy to work with and extremely responsive when we had a few questions/technology issues pop up that she helped quickly troubleshoot. This home would easily accommodate multiple generations with an outdoor space that offers a little bit of something for everyone. We absolutely will be booking in the future.

    This is an excellent place to stay. Just out of town to enjoy the quiet and wildlife, but close enough to town to enjoy all Bend has to offer. House is very clean and bright, and the yard and games are super fun. Has all the amenities you could want in a rental.
