Place was well stocked and the communication between the property managers was unparalleled. RnR was pretty amazing as far as letting us know all the particulars of our stay, including recommendations as where to go.

The location of this condo is excellent. Being able to walk to the beach, gondola, shopping, restaurants and entertainment was perfect for us. The condo has comfortable furniture and we really enjoyed the small covered porch. Both couples were disappointed that each bedroom only has one bedside table and lamp. The other person has nowhere for their alarm clock/phone, sound machine, eye mask(no blackout curtains), etc...or a lamp for reading. The condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The insulation between condos is minimal, so there is lots of noise from others in the building, especially if they have small active children. We enjoyed the table shuffleboard.

8 of us headed to Lake Tahoe on a girls trip- this condo was perfect! Very spacious, GREAT location, clean, communication with company was easy and very reasonably priced. Would recommend!

We had a great time staying at Tahoe Woods! Our family of 10 comfortably fit in this spacious home. The property is a 5-6min walk to Heavenly Village - perfect for our family of snowboarders. The house was equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning.. just did a quick run to the grocery store for necessary items. Check-in process was smooth and communication from the property management was excellent! Thank you for a great stay!

Property is close to Stateline and walking distance to the Gondola. Condo is comfortable and clean. We spent 2 full days at the condo without leaving because it was cold & snowing. Had a wonderful time & would stay there again.

Great location with one car and multiple guest doing different things.. Had everything we needed and super comfortable.

Clean property, walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was a great option for 3 couples. We each had our own space, but there was plenty of room for us to hang out together. Communication from the property manager was excellent.

The only cons in our opinion was that beds were too stiff and we did not like the automatic lights in bathroom in the middle of the night.

Everywhere charges for parking so staying this close was nice. THe place was great although the driveway is a little challenging to get in and out of if you have a larger vehicle. Also, every night was quite until our last night when a group with kids came to the third floor above us. We literally could hear conversations and it sounded like the running of the bulls ups there well into the night. Even though our bedroom was on the first floor and they were on the third, we could hear lots of noise. I went up at 11pm to say something. That is the only issue. Everything else was great and would go back as long as people are not in the unit above us which we would never know.

The cons were that there were spiders and ants downstairs. The refrigerator was cool at best; we lost about $100 of meat because the fridge was not cold enough. The beach nearby was private and cost $30 per adult for one day. The view from our balcony was an alley and a garbage container. There were no beach chairs or coolers at the property. Most of where we have stayed in the past had beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc. We had to purchase while there. Overall, the location was great (the reason for the 4 stars), but I expected something else for the price. I would not rent this property again, but I would rent from the management company.
