ABOUT THE AREA
Located at the northern tip of Lake Tahoe, just west of the Nevada State border, is Kings Beach. Known for its outstanding public beach, kick back attitude, and easy access to mountain resorts, Kings Beach is a spot travelers return to year after year. The North Tahoe Event Center often plays host to festivals, concerts, and community events, and downtown Kings Beach boasts shopping and dining options open year round.

Kings Beach State Recreation Area is the flagship beach site in the North Tahoe area. With a lake front stretch of 1,700 feet, it is the largest public access sandy beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Its south facing aspect and a lake floor that gradually deepens makes this one of the warmest swimming areas on the Lake. A beautiful playground area overlooks the water and barbecue and picnic areas are available. The beach is adjacent to shops, restaurants and the North Tahoe Event Center.

In the winter, you are just ten minutes from Northstar California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world class terrain parks, cross country skiing, a youth Adventure Park, and a 9000 square foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink side bar.

    This home is absolutely beautiful. The finishes are very nice and it is very clean. We stayed there with our kids and two littles and it had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is a wonderful gathering spot with plenty of room and the decks made for lovely evenings with wine and appetizers. We are looking forward to booking this home again as it was conveniently located near the beach, grocery and downtown. Thanks for a lovely stay!

    The house was amazing and very spacious for our family of 10. The house was in quite neighborhood and close to all the shops and restaurants in King's Beach. The huge kitchen and dinning table was prefect for multiple people cooking in the kitchen. The huge refrigerator was really well appreciated to fit enough groceries for a family of 10 cooking 4 meals and there was room for all 10 at the dinning table. The garage was big enough to fit 2 cars and 2 Ebikes in between the 2 cars with plenty of space to still move around freely in the garage. One of the sides of the garage was long enough to fit my truck with my Ebike rack down, so if we wanted to, we did not have to unload the Ebikes from the rack in order to park my truck in the garage.

    The cabin is spacious and only 5-10 mins from Safeway, gas station, restaurants, and view points of lake Tahoe. It has everything (including small appliances like crockpot) we needed for cooking. Hot tub and sauna are amazing. It was nice that Reno is only 40mins away and we went to gamble a little.Things to improve/pay attention to: dishes can be dusty from not being use, would be nice to have more towels, blankets, and comforters. Backyard is not fenced and it's connected to other properties.

    We spent a wonderful week with 8 family members at this property. We were so glad we picked Kings Beach vs Incline Village - such a great chill vibe. Property was in a great location for hiking, exploring, or heading into town. Beautiful kitchen, huge dining table, and space for everyone. Highly recommend!

    We had our dog, and there was an amazing and beautiful trail minutes from the house. Hot tubbing at night amongst all the trees was magical. Would definitely stay there again!
