- The condo complex will plow the parking lots and roads after snowfalls.
- Winter storms can sometimes disrupt Internet service. Less common, it can disrupt electricity. While neither of these is common, we will keep you apprised of all information we receive about when service might be restored.

Note: Placer County recently revised its regulations regarding short-term rentals. Please read the “Good Neighbor” flyer posted in the photos (as required by county regulations). Key points include:
- Quiet Hours are between 9pm-8am. This means other units should not be able to hear noise emanating (outside) from this unit during that time. (This was instituted in response to renters having loud parties and disturbing neighbors, particularly local residents.)
- The maximum occupancy in this unit – including friends you have over – is 9 people. (Again, this is a rule implemented by the county in response to disruptions by some short-term renters.)
My family stayed during the aftermath of epic snows in March 2023. The lake view from the property is wonderful and the sky changes in gorgeous ways throughout the day. It was comfortable enough for us to hang out a bit when not adventuring. As a knife snob, I loved that there was at least one or two really sharp/quality knives in the kitchen. There is also a good selection of this and that that one needs when cooking. The host was super responsive. The condo is an end unit which I especially liked as the kids could go outside and play in the snow easily. It’s close enough to north or south Tahoe. The complex did a nice job of clearing snow. We didn’t need chains despite 18” of snow during our stay.
Great location to ski resorts. Beautiful views of the lake and fully loaded kitchen, games, etc.
We loved staying here! Fell in love with the views of the lake. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The pool and hot tub and rec center are a lot of fun for the kids, too!
