Great location, great view, awesome host. Everything was organized and well labeled. My family and I enjoyed our time. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

We loved our stay at this property! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more for a party of 8. It was fully stocked from the kitchens to the bathrooms, and location was close to restaurants, grocery, and easy to get to the beaches and Heavenly Village. Michelle was absolutely incredible - we had an issue accessing the entrance to the garage upon arrival and she was quick to respond and remedy the situation immediately. Highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to come back!

The Coyote property was BEAUTIFUL! It was everything we wanted and MORE! The home was very well taken care of- inside and out. On our last night, we cancelled our dinner reservations in town so we could all chill and have a relaxing dinner and fun time together in this amazing home. Two BBQ's and a perfect patio to enjoy the evening. Plenty of comfortable seating for our party of 8. Bedrooms all had ample room and decor was stylish. I highly recommend this property and Michelle as your property contact. She was wonderful to work with.

The bedrooms worked well. The only suggestion I had was to put blackout shades in the master bedroom and the office/bedroom. The sun shines right through the drapes at sunrise (which is early in the summer). Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing. Loved the huge projection screen in the living room and the spacious kitchen!

Didn't have any issues with the property (i.e. location, condition was great, clean and organized). The only thing that was not mentioned or I didn't see, was the staircase to get into the front door and garage were a bit of a surprise and steep.

They had everything that we needed for the kitchen so that we could cook in when we got snow and after a long day at Heavenly we just wanted to hang out. The hot tub was perfect location and really clean. We did need to purchase detergent and paper towels. But overall a 5/5. The views, the cleanliness and overall feel - we had a wonderful stay for a great priced.

The home is modern and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay, despite the heat wave happening during our visit. Although there is no central A/C, between the small cooler and fans that were provided and fans that we brought, we were never terribly uncomfortable. The home had almost everything we needed, with a grocery store within a few miles. Very close to all of the sites, but tucked away enough to really enjoy the quiet of nature. We especially enjoyed the movie screen, having coffee on the back deck (they have plenty of fun mugs to choose from), and the nice walk around the small neighborhood. Thanks for a fun trip!

We rented the home with 8 guests in total and had everything we needed and was in great condition as described in their description. Wouldn’t recommend staying here on a very hot weekend as their is no AC but the nights and morning are perfect. Definitely would stay here again and recommend anyone with a large family or in a large group to rent this property.

The property was perfect for our purposes. It can get warm in the house, but fans and a cooler are provided.
