This duplex is located in a convenient location. Our large party was comfortable except for the floors. The floors are extremely dirty and if you happen to put your foot down on it minus shoes for only a minute, the soles of your feet gets so black. We had a hard time keeping socks on the little ones and the bottom of their feet were so black and had grime stuck to it. The kids also found cockroaches in two of the bathrooms which their parents had to kill
