As advertised. Deborah was very nice and left us with some garden pumpkins and tomatoes.
If you're looking for an entire house, this listing won't be for you. If you're looking for a cozy spot with all the necessities and a kind, attentive host, then this listing is just right. Debbie even sent me off with a zucchini and some tomatoes from her garden.
Pictures looked as if property was more remote so was a little suprised to pull into residential Pocatello. Host did stock pile with all the little things, coffee, snacks, homemade creamer... and was very attentive to our needs. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Everything was great for a basement stay in a duplex.
This bnb Fit our needs perfectly! Debby, (as she asked my 5 year old granddaughter to call her) was a real Gem! One in a million that’s for sure! She was friendly, fun, and one of the most compassionate and educated humans I’ve met to date!! It was as a real pleasure! Her BnB was spacious, clean and super comfortable! My husband and I will definitely be back! Probably sooner than Later! ??☺️
We had a short stay but overall it was very accommodating.
For an overnight stay, this was a nice place. We went to a concert and this place was really easy to get in and out of. Deborah was really nice and easy to communicate with.
Deb was very accommodating as i misunderstood about not having stairs to get to our space as i am getting ready to have one surgery. Deb brought me rice bag and ice made us a beautiful dessert and even made me a custom rice bag to take home. Very thoughtful. We had family emergency come up and we had to leave a day early.
The place was clean and cozy. Deborah the host was the most accommodating and personable. Easy access, great parking and centrally located. Nice stay in Pocatello!
There were no locks on door to downstairs appt nor any locks on bedroom doors. Did not feel safe. Kitchen had microwave and under counter fridge. No oven, freezer or dishwasher. Could not see mountains from basement windows as stated in ad 70s decor. Lots of sticky notes with instructions. Creepy vibe. Host did refund some money.
This is a cozy clean house. I would stay there again
Enjoyed our stay in Pocatello. The apartment was clean and comfortable
After learning I was traveling alone the owner wanted me to take the back bedroom. I arrived to find a padlock on the outside of that bedroom! Creepy!! The owner was texting me nonstop once I arrived trying to be friends??? The owner asked if the thermostat was okay because “he” controls both sections. Later said “the lady upstairs” is running the roomba. So not sure who was in the house. I went to run to the store and realized the other door was open and whomever was living there had access to my “private area”. No locks on my outer door! I left within an hour of arrival due to my safety. Trying to get my money back but not having any luck with Vrbo or the owner.
Debbie is one of the kindest people we've met. Her and her lovely dog were just awesome to be around! We'd recommend this place to anyone!
Just in for a quick 2 night stay. The location was near everything that you may need. The accommodations were roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Overall a good experience.
We absolutely love staying at this location. Debbie is an amazing host and always easy to get with if you need anything. So close to the campus and very peaceful.
Overall a great experience. Deborah was a great host. She was very helpful with things to do and places to eat. Very personable. I wasn’t aware it was a shared space, so I felt the need to be extra quiet as it got later although nothing was ever said to us that we were loud or anything. I appreciate you being so helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was my husband and our daughter. We went to visit my son and his girlfriend. Debbie's place is perfect. Exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfy. Debbie was so awesome with our 17 year old daughter (who has the teenage attitude). By the time we left I felt like we were friends and wished that I had more time to spend with her. We hope to come back and stay again next year.
Great stay, very comfortable and clean. Great communication
The host was great and kept in touch. Super clean and comfy. Other than the early check out (my bad for not retaining that info) and no a/c it is a great place
We traveled to Pocatello for Regional Track Prelims. All hotels were booked. Fortunately we found a VRBO that would rent for 2 nights and was close to campus. The apartment was clean and comfortable and our host was the best I’ve experienced in our travels. She was so accommodating and thoughtful. This is a 2 bedroom find!
Was not disappointed, this place is everything it is listed as, and more. My first time using VRBO, and so glad I did. The host was so nice, could not have done more for us . But the best part was as soon as you walked in, you felt at home. It was quiet, calming and inviting. I will recommend this to all my friends. I will always book here when I go back to visit family. You won’t be disappointed.
Deborah is a great caring host. My sister and I came to Pocatello for our cousins 60th. We were up in West Yellowstone for the first few days of the 10 days in the North. The beds were comfortable, the welcome potatoes were a cute welcome. The roaring fire was my favorite evening. Great place to stay. Off street parking. Beautiful home. Great black lab !
