Sweetheart City Sanctuary - Pets Friendly!

The property was great. We were looking for something pet friendly and this was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and having a full kitchen was a plus. The only downside was the outdoor propane grill. It was dirty and unusable.

Very pleasant home. Cozy, old-school vibes. Close to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Host was a great communicator.

House is cute and felt like home. Great location and nice amenities. I enjoyed laying in the hammock and reading my book. The bed was very soft and comfortable. One night my husband and I put on a Paul Simon record while we ate dinner. Felt like going back in time. The host was quick to reply to messages and gave great instructions. Didn't end up using the hot tub but was happy to have the option. The only cons I have are, the couch is not super comfortable for lounging, the faucets in the bathroom probably aren't the best for size of the sinks (water would get everywhere because the sink wasn't big enough), and finally, while cute, the tv being put in an old tv's frame wasn't the easiest to use because the tv frame blocks the receiver so you have to point the remote in weird ways to get it to work. All I can say, is this place was great for us and the pros out weigh my very petty cons. Will stay again if available when I come home to Colorado visit family.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was clean and had everything needed to enjoy our time in Loveland. It is also conveniently located to great restaurants and shops in the downtown area. I highly recommend this place to stay while visiting the area.

Comfortable & eclectic

The home was lovely and loved all the retro appliances and decor. The location is great just a short walk to downtown!

We enjoyed our 4-day Christmas stay. Arrived at a quint retro house within walking distance to old town Loveland and all of its activities. Homes around were quiet and the business activity was not really noticeable. The property had everything we needed and was clean with minimal wear and tear. Host was receptive and communicated as needed. Weather was perfect to get out and enjoy the local sites. The Hot Tub was a plus. Would stay again.

We made a return visit because the location was convenient to access our daughter in Berthoud (straight shot down 287) and since we had made a previous stay, the property was familiar to us. We would repeat in the future.

We were in the area of CSU homecoming but having gotten a late start on our planning -there wasn't a hotel in Fort Collins to be had. This turns out to have been lucky for us - because we found this great place! The house was close enough to CSU, and in a great part of Loveland. We could walk to food and coffee with ease. The inside of the home is adorable and has lots of charm and little touches to entertain. The house was pet friendly with a nice yard. The communication with the host was very easy. I'd definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.
