Sweet Private 2 room Guest Suite near Downtown Flagstaff and Snowbowl

Great, unobtrusive hospitality. Just what I needed for a couple of relaxing days in Flagstaff.

Great place, met my expectations based on the description. The host was very nice and accommodating.

We've never stayed at a property like this & it was great! Had our own parking spot in the driveway. Lots of communication from owner. Fridge, freezer, microwave and Keurig to make your stay feel like you are at home. Very clean and well maintained.

First of all, the hosts are fantastic. Communication was beyond expectation offering up information about the area, eats, drinks, hikes, and things to see without even asking. Top notch!The guest suite was perfect for my wife and I. Clean and well appointed for two people. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Available parking. There is a binder inside on the table with all of the necessary information on check out, policies, etc. but it also includes a great touch with a few pages of recommended eats, drinks, and attractions with addresses. It is located close to downtown so we were able to walk to local breweries, attractions, and some great food. It is also in a good location making it a short trip to a multitude of hiking trails which is one reason we visited Flagstaff. Since we live in AZ and love to explore the state we will be returning to Flagstaff to see and do more and when we do we will be contacting the property again.

Our stay here was just what we needed! We were in an out and all over the state of Arizona while we were here and the property here was a great little haven to come home to to rest and recover before heading out on more adventures. Close to town, such friendly hosts! (amazing cookies!), and loved seeing the resident kitty outside to greet us in the morning. Will be stopping back here next time we are in town!

Absolutely wonderful property and host. Everything was perfect and clean, great instructions and local tips. Super easy check out instructions with none of the extra 'work' I've had with other rentals when checking out. Excellent location was walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and trails. I hope to return!!

Our hostess was a pleasure to deal with. Property was well maintained. They made our trip more enjoyable with suggestions for local dining and advice on the best times and access points to the sites we wanted to explore. Beds were very comfortable. We had our own parking spot. Would definitely recommend this location.She makes an awesome breakfast muffin.

We loved our stay here. It was our first major trip with our baby (2 months) and our host made everything so easy and comfy for us. There was plenty of room to spread out and the balcony was so nice. The neighborhood was cute and quiet and we appreciated that downtown was just a short drive away.

Everything was great! All communication from the host was clear and concise, beginning with information about the area, things to do nearby as well as local happenings. The location is super- you can get around easily by foot, bike or car. The suite was very clean and most comfortable. Will definitely make plans to stay again on our next trip to Flagstaff.Highly recommended!
