Sweet Pine Relaxing Retreat with Captivating Mountain Views

We rented this home for a group of 10 adults and 2 infants. Everything about our trip was amazing. Communication with the property manager was superb, always contacted me back within minutes. Home was clean, complete with all necessities for 3 nights! Each adult slept on a bed. Game room kept us entertained for hours! Backyard had adequate seating, propane grill, heated jacuzzi with very simple instructions. Only 10 minutes away from the supermarket and we even WALKED to the lake which was only 7 minutes away. Overall 10 out of 10, would definitely stay here again.

Kristina was very communicative and kind. The house was clean and there were plenty of towels, toilet paper, papertowels and soaps! Which was great! A few heads ups: there is carpeting in 2 of the bathrooms. So we had the guys use the one off the kitchen which has laminate flooring. And if you have people in the above 6ft in your party you should know the house was designed for shorter folks. The kitchen island with the cooktops and the toilets were very low to the ground. One other heads up: the hot tub takes a while to heat up and the water was green (we believe from metal in the piping) but just so people are aware. Overall we enjoyed our stay! The sauna, shuffleboard and the pool table were favorite amenities! Also the beds and linens were very soft!!! Thank you for welcoming us into your home away from home!! :)

Our family had a wonderful time at this perfect location in Lake Arrowhead. The house was filled with so much entertainment that we played games all night and every day when we were not enjoying the outdoors. It was a fantastic getaway for our family.

We stayed at this beautiful house during the 4th of July weekend with a group of friends and 4 under 5yrs old kids. We had the best time. There is all kinds of entertainment for adults and we all including the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. The house is very clean and has tons of extra sheets, blankets and towels. We were already talking about planning our winter and next year stay. We loved it. Thank you!

I only have one issue. We searched for a property that had an outdoor Jacuzzi, and this property Jacuzzi was not in service. We would of stayed at another property. I was disappointed that we were not made aware of the issue, and I am not going to use VRBO in the future. We were trapped and had no recourse and missed out on using a Jacuzzi outdoors during winter.

I booked this cabin for a pre-Christmas vacation for my brother's and my family's. This cabin has great amenities, great location and is spacious for a large group. The room set-up is not ideal due to lack of privacy since you have to walk through 3 out of the 5 bedrooms to get to other areas of the house. However the bedrooms are large and beds were comfortable. My first issue was that after I booked the cabin the listing was updated with a small note saying the hot tub was currently out of service. After asking the owner about it she mentioned that she would try and get it fixed prior to our arrival (3 weeks away) but there was no guarantee. It never did get fixed and there was a chain across the gazebo area and a do not enter sign. If I would have known that the hot tub was not working from the beginning I would have booked another cabin. The carpet in the living room and game room had numerous stains and crumbs and debris between all of the cushions on the living room sofas. The cable TV in the master and one of the upstairs bedrooms was not working which was a major inconvenience. I think with a major cleaning and attention this would be a fantastic option but it was not a good experience for us.
