Sweet Home II - 10 minutes to NRG stadium!

The inside of the property was advertised clean and comfortable. We needed to sign a pool waver after we checked in the house before the owner would provide the lock code to the pool, I believe this could have been handled prior to check in. We checked in Thursday evening and in parts of the backyard the grass was mid-shin high. The owner said they were contracted to be mowed every two weeks and the company did come Saturday, but for the first two day it was not up to expectations.

Nice home, clean, and comfortable

We were 5 adults in Houston for my daughters wedding. Everyone had a spacious and comfortable room. The house is large and well appointed. The location is great, just one minute drive to the nearest highway which took us everywhere.

The house was very quiet and in a great location the homeowner was very nice can’t wait to see the pool will be booking again

The location of the house was about 15-20 mins from most places we wanted to visit which was ideal. The house is on a main road which could be easy to miss but we navigated just fine. The host was very nice and left us very detailed check in / out information. I would definitely book with them again in the near future. Thank you for making our stay feel like home.

The property was clean but the furniture was very old and there were several areas of the home that were broken and should be replaced. The furniture looked like it was recycled but not redone. They could have repainted, resurfaced, stabilized the furniture to make it nicer. The ironing board was broken and could not be used. The shower door, that cannot be used because it was only have a sliding door, fell off the track when no one was in the shower. There was also a shower curtain. Thankfully no one was hurt and the glass was not broken. Also, there were not enough towels for everyone. The dishes were incomplete sets, including the pots, pans and silverware and some were broken. The pictures of the kitchen make you think the entire home is just as nice as the kitchen and it is not. We were there during a major storm, thankfully we did not lose power. However, we did end up with some large roach like bugs in the house which prevented us from sleeping very well. The location was a little questionable. Pictures look great but some of the surrounding areas are not very desirable. It is close to a grocery store and gas station and a few places to eat. I took a few weeks before providing this feedback to make sure I was clear and level headed. Thank you

Location was tricky only because the house is directly off a main road.. So getting through the gate could become a problem. Overall we had a good stay. The property owner was incredible. Very quick to respond or help out. House was nice and clean.

The place was very easy to get the the airport and downtown.

House was clean , and had basic cookware for cooking meals and a small charcoal grill . Everything worked (A/C , heat, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer , smart TV etc) Neighborhood isn’t the best area but property is gated with plenty of parking. Overall the house worked well for us and would stay in again. Owner of the house was great at communicating and even helped out where he didn’t have to when it came to extending our stay a few nights.
